4 products a skin expert recommends for a youthful glow

of Missie CoCo Face and Body Therapy. For a good skin care routine at home, Dickson swears by these four products.

Dermal rollers

Dickson’s number-one tool to improve your complexion is a skin needling roller, used once a week. “A home roller stimulates the outer layer of the skin – the epidermis, slowly making it thicker over time. This in turn improves skin texture and assists with treating wrinkles and fine lines,” explains Dickson. Face scrub

Exfoliation is a natural process for skin, but it does slow as 
we age.
