Adele has been living her best life since announcing her divorce from husband Simon Konecki in April 2019. The Hello singer said that the couple "are committed to raising their son together lovingly" confirming their seven-year relationship was over.

Over the past few months, Adele has proven she is the queen of the comeback. Showing her fans exactly how to recover from heartbreak in the best possible way. From breaking her silence on Instagram with this hilarious post to hanging out with her childhood hero Geri Halliwell backstage at the Spice Girls concert last week.

It's only fitting that the 30-year-old is giving her wellness routine a massive shake-up as she enters this exciting new chapter. And the results speak for themselves - Adele's fans took to social media to comment on how healthy she has been looking of late.

"Adele got that post divorce glo, she is coming y'all. She is coming for our wigs, stepping on necks. All of that," one Twitter user wrote.

"Adele has never looked better. Adele has never looked freer. Adele has never looked more comfortable with herself. There I said it," someone else said.

So, what's her secret? According to The Sun, Adele has been upping her endorphins and toning her figure with regular reformer Pilates sessions

A source close to the star told the UK outlet: “Adele has been out enjoying herself and she sees that as her priority at the moment, along with being a mum to Angelo. She has been loving her new workout regime and it really works for her.

“It’s a bonus that she has shifted some weight. Her mates are glad she’s letting loose and there’s nothing but good feelings towards her. She’s got a new lease on life.”

Adele has also undergone a rather dramatic hair transformation recently, check it out here.

Have you tried reformer Pilates yourself? What do you think about this toning technique? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
