Kristen Stewart’s new role with Chanel

She’s come a long way since Twilight.

She’s flaunted her acting skills in countless film genres over the years (think Panic Room, Adventureland, Twilight and Clouds of Sils Maria), has won awards such as BAFTA’s Rising Star and Cesar’s Best Supporting Actress, and now the Hollywood star has landed a new gig with luxury fashion house CHANEL.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be able to spot Kristen in CHANEL’s newest makeup campaign ‘2016 Eyes Collection’, shot by top photographer Mario Testino.

However, Kristen is no stranger to the CHANEL family; she’s previously been the face of their fashion campaign (2013 Paris-Dallas 2013/14 Métiers d’art collection, to be precise) and has featured in Karl Lagerfeld’s short film Once and Forever, where she played the legendary Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel.

“I think she’s one of the greatest actors of her generation,” Lagerfeld told a source. “She gives the right emotion and the right intensity immediately so it’s very easy to work her.”

There’s also word that she’ll appear in another fashion campaign for the French brand closer to May 2016 - there’s no stopping her now.
