It seems J.Lo is a fan of the seated leg press which is known for its glute, quad and hamstring loading benefits. From what we can see in the video, J.Lo has loaded up around 120kg for her workout – heavy going!
Going by the ease with which J.Lo is lifting these big weights, we’d say the seated leg press has been in her workout circuit for quite a while. If you’re just starting out, we’d recommend starting with light weights and slowly building up as you increase your strength.
