Now that’s our kind of improvisation. Hudson’s ingenuity isn’t just about lifting, she also says a a treat is part of her healthy lifestyle, as long as it’s in moderation.
"If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I'll do that, like, once a week where I'm not thinking about it," she revealed in Self. "I want to indulge! I want to do things that are not healthy sometimes."
“Just because you’re working out doesn’t mean you can’t have a glass of rosé —#moderation is the key. Don’t deprive yourself!” Kate's trainer Nicole Stuart posted on her own Instagram page. “A good reminder not to take things too seriously!”
