It’s an *actual* mould of her body
She’s been teasing us for days with ultra-racy snaps, and now Kim Kardashian has finally revealed her latest much-anticipated KKW fragrance bottle design – and it looks like it’s straight out of an art museum.
Aptly named KKW Body, Kim unveiled the mini sculpture-esque perfume bottle on her Snapchat story, slowly unravelling the string on the sleek black box. In the video she says, “So this is not the press box you guys, this is the regular box. I didn't do press boxes because I wanted everyone to get this amazing box.”
“I thought this was such a cool box within itself that the bottle is on like a statue pedestal... like a statue... in a museum.”
The newest edition to the KKW Fragrance family officially launched today and Kim took to Twitter to reveal the notes of her new scent – and it sounds pretty damn nice! The top notes are vert de bergamot, vert de mandarin, baies rose orpur and peach nectar. The heart is all florals with notes of ylang ylang Mohéli orpur, rose Turkey absolute and jasmine sambac absolute. And finally, it dries down to woody notes of vetiver Haiti orpur, sandalwood Australia orpur, golden amber and musk
In the lead up to the official launch, Kim has been posting a series of NSFW Instagram images, including one where she is completely covered in a plaster cast from the neck down. She captioned the pic: “We made a mold [of] my body and made it a perfume bottle.” That they did.
The new perfume follows her Crystal Gardenia fragrance, which came encased in crystals. Yep – those Kardashian’s sure don’t do things by halves.
If you’ve been keeping up with the KKW Fragrance brand, you already heard all the buzz around her Valentine’s Day fragrance press kits – the Candy Hearts collection. Just watch Busy Philipps’ reaction when her fragrance kit arrived - priceless!
