The transformation is straight-up incredible

Going by the magazine shoots, TV footage and Insta feed of Kim Kardashian, you would probably believe that the celeb has nothing to hide.

But the mum-of-four is starting to open up about her experience with psoriasis, an autoimmune disease that she's "learned to live with" for over a decade.

In a recent Instagram post, the 38-year-old shared a video and a series of photos revealing how she covers the dry, scaly patches that psoriasis is characterised by. Of course, it involves a plug of her new range of products – the KKW Beauty Body Collection.

In the video, Kim demonstrates how she uses the KKW Beauty Body Makeup on her legs, using a brush to spread the product evenly over her shin completely covering her psoriasis patches.

"I use this when I want to enhance my skin tone or cover my psoriasis," she wrote in the caption. "I bruise easily and have veins and this has been my secret for over a decade. I’ve learned to live with and not be insecure of my psoriasis, but for days when I want to just cover it up I use this Body Makeup."

Kim has been on the hunt for a cure for her psoriasis for the better part of the last decade, trying everything from celery juice to breast milk to light therapy. She has even consulted with a medical medium in hopes of relief from her autoimmune disease. All to no avail.

In the meantime, she's relying on her Body Makeup potion. Those before-and-after photos are seriously impressive. But what really shines is her confidence. It's great to hear Kim isn't letting a few psoriasis patches hold her back.
