Good for normal redness not so much for rosacea

I have redness due to rosacea and lately due to tretinoin. Generally I love Bioderma products as I've had great success with some of their other products. This cream goes on smoothly and absorbs easily enough. When my skin is super sensitive, there is a slight sting on application, but otherwise I don't feel any other side effect. There is a slight sheen/gloss to it and it does well as a general moisturiser. Unfortunately it doesn't do anything for the redness due to rosacea but does help with redness due to skin sensitivity slightly. While it works well on a normal day, if I'm dry and peeling due to the tretinoin, I usually reach for a different product.

I absolutely love how calming and soothing this feels on my sensitive skin, it hydrates well and is lightweight. Works very well as a make-up primer! I do notice a small improvement with redness but not a huge improvement. It is quite expensive for the amount of product though, and it's not moisturising enough for winter / super dry skin. It does look a little greasy / shiny too!

Bioderma Sensibio AR Cream Does exactly what it says! My skin has really felt the change of weather to winter and was very dry and red. The dryness was causing a little bit of an itch, nothing major but enough for my skin to feel irritated. After one day my skin felt instantly relieved, less dry and itchy. The redness disappeared completely after three days. This is a fantastic gentle product that I will continue to use over winter. I did feel I needed a richer cream for night though, so one star removed for that.
