This was a pretty disappointing eyeliner for me. The liquid wasn't particularly pigmented, kind of watery, applied rather patchy on my eyes and smudged a lot. If I didn't have my eyeliner perfect but the liner had already dried it would be removed by the tip if I tried to re-line my eyes or fix my wings. This isn't worth $11.99 and to be honest there are cheaper eyeliners on the Australian market that work better than this one.
