Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance WOMEN Corrective Serum

This serum is light weight and feels hydrating when applied to the skin. It barely feels like it is on the face , it does not feel sticky at all. It has a scent which I didn't mind at first which I ended up liking. I have used it in conjunction with the night cream for 3 weeks but it has not made a difference to my skin. I still have redness around my cheeks and my pores have not visibly reduced. However, it is a lovely product to apply on the skin. If I were asked to repurchase the product, I will probably pass since it has no major affects on my skin. Usually I do enjoy the avene products but this one falls short for me.

Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance Women Corrective Serum was amazing! I highly recommend this product to family members and friends. It felt my skin feel cleaner and more vibrant after only 1 wash! which is rather incredible. With Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance Women Corrective Serum it smelt amazing, and i really found i looked forward to using the serum on my skin. I felt a beautiful glow well after using the product. I would recommend 2 weeks of use for best results! I found that only 30ml really went along way and still have heaps left. I would also recommend less or more when using this product. A little really does go along way.

I am in my mid 30s and suffer from hormonal acne, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and congestion on my chin due to wearing a mask all day. So this serum’s claims of reducing blemishes, refining skin texture and improving appearance of pores appealed to me. It has a nice thick gel texture, feels very smooth to apply and dried down to feel hydrated but not sticky. Avenue state this serum is great for those with sensitive skin, but be warned it is still an active product. I am a longterm user of AHAs but this still gives quite a tingle when first applied and stings over blemishes. The one thing I don’t like about this product is that it is very strongly fragranced. I can continue to smell the fragrance long after applying and it seems to irritate my eyes despite not applying it any where near my eye area. Overall this is a good AHA serum for the price, however due to its heavy fragrance and strong actives, I would utilise with caution on sensitive skin.

I was looking forward to testing this out as I've been a long time fan of Avene's Thermal Spring Water! Packaging is nice and sleek with an easy to use pump. The serum is a very light texture that sinks into the skin relatively quickly. There is a bit of a fragrance but I didn't find this to be too offensive. A little goes a long way with this - I only needed the smallest amount to cover my entire face. While I found it to be very hydrating without causing any increase oil or greasiness, I also don't think I noticed much difference in the visibility of my pores and skin texture. It definitely didn't lead to any further breakouts which is always a good sign! Overall, I found it to be lovely to use to keep the skin hydrated, but I'm not convinced that it reduced breakouts or the appearance of pores.

This corrective serum is fabulous. It felt great on my sensitive skin. It is not too heavy and thick. I can barely even notice I am wearing it underneath the matching smoothing night cream. It is so light and absorbs into my skin quickly. Unfortunately during using this product I have not noticed any difference in the appearance of my skin. My pores still look the same size. I was really hoping this could help. On the bonus side the bottle is so easy to use and it can easily be locked for travel.

Wow this product really impressed me! The pump supplied a decent about and didn’t oversupply the product. The texture of the product was lovely not too creamy and not too watery perfect for the application. My skin was left feeling hydrated and not oily and The sent of the product wasn’t overpowering either which is a bonus. Overall I did notice an improvement with my skin. I did have a slight breakout but I think this might have been hormonal. This was a great addition and I am looking forward to seeing the results once I finish the bottle.

The Avene Corrective Serum is a nice lightweight serum that helped to calm my sensitive skin. It absorbed really quickly into my skin, and noticed minimal breakouts during the duration of its use. My only qualm with this product was that after a few uses I had trouble with the pump and being able to push product out which was a shame as I enjoyed the product. I feel my experience though is likely an anomaly. Regardless, i mainly used this product at night and worked well alongside my other skin care products.

I have been using the Avene Cleanance Corrective Serum for about 3 1/2 weeks now and noticed a significant difference in my skins texture and softness. I have been using this serum both morning and night and feel that is just sinks straight into my skin giving off a super hydrated and plumping effect. There is a slight fragranced smell to this serum, which I usually avoid in skincare products but it has not irritated my skin at all. I love that the serum comes in a press down pump, as I feel the product will keep for longer this way. I would repurchase this product.

I enjoyed the texture and subtle clean scent of this serum. When I rubbed it in it felt more moisturising than other serums I've tried. It made my skin look smooth and felt soft. After a few weeks of use I noticed that, in conjunction with the night cream, the problem skin around my nose where I have larger pores had improved in appearance - it was smoother and tighter looking. The overall result of consistently using this product was that my skin looked smooth and I got a comment that I was glowing! The only reason for only 4 stars was that I got sick of the smell; in combination with the night cream and with regular use it got a bit overpowering and made me worry that I’m putting too much artificial fragrance on my face.

I was lucky enough to receive this product, as well as the Avene smoothing night cream, to trial. I found that this was a great addition to my skincare routine – it didn’t break me out or have any negative results. The smell is definitely prominent, but I found it pleasant, so no complaints from me on that end. It was especially great for days when I wasn’t wearing any makeup, it acted like a primer of sorts, making my pores appear smaller, and smoothening out my skin texture. I can’t say for sure how well this product has performed, as I’ve been using it with my other skin care. It definitely didn’t make my skin worse! It worked well with all the other products I used, and I can say that my skin feels hydrated and soft when I don’t have any product on my skin.

I was quite hopeful of this product working well on my blemishes and pores as Eau Thermale Avene is a trusted brand that I've used in the past and has been compatible with my skin. This particular product, though feels gentle and smooth on my skin, didn't seem to have a noticeable impact on my pimples and pores as well as general skin heath. I must admit that I do have quite stubborn blemishes, however I was hoping there would be at least some changes after use. I would probably only recommend to those who have very mild skin concerns.

38 years old & oily/dehydrated skin Occasionally I have some hormonal acnes on my chin & cheeks My main concerns are pores, pigmentation & skin texture (acne scars) Avene is the brand I have been using since I was a student and for me, it’s always been a trusted brand. This light serum contains some actives like Alpha Hydroxy Acid (Glycolic and Lactic Acids) to reduce blemishes & it also reduces excess sebum production. Also it refines the appearance of skin tone and texture which is great as this is one of my main concerns. I’ve been using AHA a lot in the past and somehow I felt some tingles using this serum but it lasted only few seconds then it subsided right away. I was worried about excess exfoliate using this serum so I only apply serum alternate days. After nearly 4 weeks using this product, I can see some improvement on my skin. 1 Dramatically reduce acne (Actually none for last 4 weeks) 2 Pores looked like they were tightened/a bit smaller. Less noticeable after applying foundation. 3 Skin is less oily especially around the nose & chin area. 4 Skin becomes softer and I feel the product absorbed better than before. It’s nice package and a good pump. You can use this morning and/or evening. If you have never tired AHA, it’s good to incorporate this serum into your skincare routine slowly. You might feel some tingles as I do. Importantly apply SPF especially after using this product in the morning. Overall I’m really happy with the results using this serum. Avene is very widely accessible and quite often its available for a good discount at most pharmacies. I highly recommend it.

I received Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance Women Smoothing Night Cream and Eau Thermale Avène Cleanance Women Corrective Serum as part of a trial and I am very impressed! I used these for just under a month. Normally just before my period break out pretty badly with hormonal acne on my chin and jawline. That was supposed to happen last week and NOTHING! Not one pimple!!! I have been using this morning and night. The serum is light with a pleasant fragrance. It absorbs really well, not too quickly like some serums which make it hard to spread evenly and not too slow which leave you feeling oily. Overall my skin feels really soft and nice. I definitely would recommend this product! Especially if you have crazy hormonal breakouts like me!

I have been using this serum in the morning, under sunscreen. I enjoyed the texture and I think it even made my make up look better. Day after day my skin was becoming more clear and the texture has vastly improved. My pores became smaller and my skin appears to be producing less oil than before. This product really works and has become a staple in my skincare routine. I think people with combination/oily skin will see the most benefit from this product but depending on your concerns I believe this could work on dry and normal skin too.

This is such a great serum. I found it reduced how many greasy and dry spots I had and made my skin just a nice hydrated ‘normal’ texture. Not sure about making my skin more radiant but it certainly had a nicer feel to touch. The serum itself is rather lightweight and absorbs nicely without too much of that sticky feeling that some serums give. I also really like the opaque pump bottle which is easier to use and protects the product from light and oxygen degradation. Overall highly recommend this product.

These days I break out only now and then. The Avene Cleanance Women range has a host of star ingredients to help adult acne and reduce the leftover dark marks. As it does have glycolic acid, it can sting more sensitive skin. With products like these, it’s good to introduce it slowly to your routine to build up your skin's tolerance and use a good SPF daily! I like the packaging of a convenient and hygienic pump. I use 1-2 pumps of the clearish, thin lotion and it applies and quickly absorbs into my skin. The floral fragrance (a typical Avene skincare fragrance) is noticeable on the first few applications, but I quickly got used to it. My skin felt smoother (although it couldn’t completely banish my stubborn flakes) within days and after 4 weeks use with Avene Cleanance Women Night Cream, some of my pigmentation looks lighter. A few papule type pimples did pop up, but using the range meant no dark marks were left by these new ones. My pores still look the same size though. The price is reasonable for the effects. I'm very happy to keep using this product!

Loved trialling this serum, looking at the product itself it is a classic serum bottle with a small press down pump, I found I had to pump out more than once to get a good size of serum. At first, the serum is very scented, I was initially worried that’s why I have given 4 stars I was concerned that I would react as I steer away from highly scented products for the face; however once I applied the serum I could no longer smell the scent. I have noticed a difference with my skin tone and a overall lift in complexion especially as I also have pimples and blackheads and I applied the serum to target these areas and the serum did not leave me with oily skin rather it aided in shrinking my pimples.

This product is amazing for days where I don't want to wear make up. I've been using it in conjunction with my normal skin care routine and it has made a big difference. The downside is it smells weird and it's something that others notice. The biggest difference I've noticed is with skin tone and spots. Another big win is that it didn't make my skin break out with the initial use like most products have in the past. The only test now is to see if it keeps my skin as nice as it has now once I'm at the end of the bottle. I have definitely recommended to friends with similar skin issues as muself

This serum is a lovely texture and feels slightly hydrating on the skin. It doesn't really have a scent and feels pleasant. As to whether the serum has had any impact on my blemishes, skin texture or appearance of pores it is too early to tell as I have not been using the product long enough to see an impact. When writing this review I have been using this serum and the moisturiser morning and night for a few weeks and have yet to see a change in my skin, however my blemishes and pigmentation are quite bad so I would expect change to take some time. I haven't noticed a difference in the appearance of my pores. I have very dry skin so I ensure I use hydrating products underneath this serum first as it is not hydrating enough to use alone for dry or dehydrated skin.

I received the Eau Thermale Cleanance Corrective Serum by Avene as part of a trial - thank you Avene and BC! This serum is designed to help clear hormonal acne, reduce blemishes and minimise the appearance of pores. It can be used both in the morning and at night time, although I have been using it mainly at night time. The serum is a milky colour and has a medium to thick consistency. I find that it is easily absorbed into the skin and you do not need to wait for long to apply the moisturiser on top. I do allow for about five minutes for the serum to settle in before applying my moisturiser. It does have a subtle, sweet scent, which I find quite pleasant. I have noticed my skin looking more even, smoother and the redness from old acne scarring as reduced as well since I have been using this serum. I have also noticed a reduction in hormonal acne, even during that time of the month for me, which is usually when hormonal acne really acts up. The serum comes in a simple plastic bottle with a pump top and has a twist lock mechanism, which I really like as it is both hygienic and great for travel.
