Elizabeth Arden Body Cream
The Elizabeth Arden moisturiser smells nice in comparison to the perfume. The only downside is the price. Quite expensive in comparison to everyday brands like Nivea. However, it came in a generous sized tub. It is non greasy and left skin feeling soft. I don’t usually use body moisturisers or perfume because I have a little one and am very aware of how smells could affect them. The smell was quite subtle though and I didn’t overuse.
I would recommend this for someone who likes body creams and perfumes. If not, I would suggest sticking to everyday brands. Everyone is so different so if possible head into a store and ask to try before you buy.
Luxurious and smell nice
I love this body cream because it is very moisturising which is good for the coming winter. The texture is thick but it spreads very easily and also absorbs very quickly. My skin feels soft and silky afterwards and it doesn't leave any greasiness.
The scent of this body cream is quite strong compare to other body cream of Elizabeth Arden and also linger whole night. I find it strong enough to use by itself and doesn't need to layer the perfume on top.
The tub is big so I think it's very cost effective. The only down size I could think of is it would be better if they include a spatula to take the product as it will be more hygienic.
Luxe Body Cream
I was absolutely surprised by this cream as it felt so luxe and rich on the skin. It absorbs in really well and leave such a fresh feminine scent that lingers all day!
When paired up with the White Tea & Ginger Lily fragrance, this is the most beautifully fresh and long lasting fragrance at such a great price point.
I would recommend this cream along with the fragrance, as a lovely gift idea for a friend or mum on mother's day.
It's quite a subtle and summery scent so I find most people would enjoy this fragrance as an everyday scent. Nothing too overpowering.
I am impressed with the Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily fragrance range. Really elegant.
Better than I thought!
I was gifted both the fragrance and body lotion, which was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the lotion. Firstly, the jar is huge! The lotion is not greasy and quite light weight which means it apply quite nicely. My skin felt hydrated and supple throughout the day however it was evident that I needed to reapply the next day. The only thing I didn’t love was the smell. I thought I would like the Ginger scent but it wasn’t for me. I believe this lotion would be suited with someone who has normal skin and likes value for money. Like I said, the jar is huge and will take ages to get through. as a gift pack with the fragrance, it’s a lovely gift. Thanks for the opportunity to try!
I have been using this body lotion for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I have very sensative skin and sinuses and have found this lotion to affect neither. It's a really light weight cream that rubs in beautifully to your skin and makes you feel refreshed and like you've been sitting in a cherry blossom garden. The scent is subtle and lasts a long time. It's not an oil texture which is great as I hate the oily feeling others leave behind. It is great for everyday use, keeping my skin moisturised and soft.
So Luxurious and elegant.
This body cream comes in a generous sized tub. The white packaging looks elegant in any space, mine sits on my work desk, making my boring desk look pretty. I love to indulge in a nice smelling body cream every now and then and I must say this one did not disappoint. It screams luxury .
Has a beautiful fresh and floral scent that lasts a very long time. I love applying it on my hands after every time I wash my hands. The cream has a thick texture and absorbs into my skin easily without leaving my hands greasy. I adore adore and adore the scent, it refreshes me and makes me feel beautiful.
It is not an overpowering scent and I do get compliments at work whenever I put it on.
This is a perfect body crème to give as a gift because it lasts a long time and the fragrance is to die for. It is really luxurious and not just an ordinary body cream. worth every penny. This is the one product i will be gifting my mum when I see her next time.
beautiful, soft touch with powerful notes
The White Tea Ginger Lily Body Cream offers a sensuous complement to any fragrance in the White Tea Collection. Especially the White Tea Ginger Lily perfume. It’s beautiful and soft enough to layer for more of a personalize scent.
The body cream comes in a very generous tub with a total of 400ml, which will last you a very long time. The cream itself is a beautiful rich texture that melts into the body without leaving a wet feel. The scent is enchanting, majestic floral with the notes of ginger and orange. They both take part for an uplifting scent of spice ( ginger ) and the zesty of orange and white cedarwood for an earthy tone. It’s formulated with beautiful notes that balances each other out. I love applying this to my body after a shower then adding that extra kick with spray the same fragrance on top to enrich the scents further. It didn’t feel over powering as once it hit my skin, it settled quickly but still long enough to smell it throughout the day. As beautiful as the cream really is, I do recommend checking this out but for myself, I wouldn’t purchase again.
The Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily Body Cream feels so luxurious.
I was happy to be able to trial the body cream (together with the fragrance). The tub was a very generous size.
Nice subtle floral aroma. I used it every time i got out of the shower. The body cream was easy to apply and absorbed into the skin really well. The texture was creamy and lux. It was hydrating.
Combining the body cream with the fragrance really left the scent lingering all day, which was fresh and floral and not overpowering at all. Can be used with or without the fragrance.
Luxurious body cream
I was lucky enough to test out the Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily Body Cream, and what a beautiful treat it is for the skin.
It comes in a tub with 400ml of product so it will last a while. My skin seems to be dry all the time lately. This body cream is great for fixing that, its rich and luxurious. It’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly and adding some much needed hydration back to my skin.
The scent itself is delicious, it’s a sweet floral fragrance with a hint of citrus orange and it’s not too strong. I was a bit worried that a scented body cream would irritate my skin, but this one doesn’t at all.
Its also great to pair with the matching perfume, and that makes the scent stronger and last longer.
So soft and gentle on the skin, it’s been a great cream to use daily!!!
This is a highly fragranced hydrating yet lightweight body cream. On initial application this cream has quite a strong fresh floral fragrance. It does seem to dissipate within a short time, which left a light fragrance on my skin. It has a deceptively thick feeling. I thought it would be rich and heavy but once applied it absorbed quickly into my skin. A little amount goes a long way, so I think the jar will last quite a long time. My skin remained feeling hydrated through out the day. I will happily continue to use.
Nice texture but scent not for me
I tried this body cream out in conjunction with the matching fragrance. Unfortunately the scent wasn’t quite to my taste, but that’s a personal opinion and if the notes sound like something you’d like I would encourage you to try!
I thought the packaging was lovely and elegant, and the size of product was very generous.
The texture of the cream was lovely and light, and it felt really luxe to apply. Definitely felt instant hydration!
If you enjoy the scent you’ll love that it does last, and especially if you later with the perfume it will remain strong all day.
I’ll be passing this on to a friend to enjoy along with the perfume but look forward to trying some different scents from the brand. No
Lxe texture & super absorbent
What a great texture for a body cream! I am very picky on body creams and even more so during the winter as my skin needs that extra moisture. The texture of the cream is whipped and thick which gives you that luxe feeling but the added bonus is how quickly it absorbs into the skin. There is no oily residue that you get with some other creams with the same consistency. The fragrance can be a little intense. I made the mistake of slathering this on before bed which the scent was too overpowering for. However, I enjoyed using it in the morning especially before work as the scent lingered on my skin for the entire day!
A great 2 in 1 product!
I love the scent of this cream, it really does smell fresh and feels luxurious. It’s got a nice texture and is easy to apply without being greasy at all, I was able to get dressed shortly after applying. The downside is that I found that it wasn’t particularly hydrating, it’s moisturising but I have very dry skin especially in winter and I need a thicker moisturising cream. I would say it’s a great product to wear before going out as the scent lingers for a while, it’s like a 2 in 1 perfume in a cream!
A zesty and floral hydrating body cream
A lightweight moisturizing cream with a subtle but beautiful scent. It has notes of Ginger, Lilly, and Orange that last for hours on my skin. While I don’t believe the cream is incredibly hydrating (I have really dry skin), it is definitely moisturizing.
This also pairs exceptionally well with the fragrance and makes the fragrance last longer. The big tub size means it would last a very long time and offers great value for money on a luxury item. Can’t rate the combo enough. This would also make an excellent gift.
I don't normally use body cream with fragrance. But when i try this one, i really like it because it has a refreshing smell. And when i apply to my body it's not sticky and very light. It work so well to moisturise my skin. I love the texture of this cream and the combination of white tea and ginger lily. Amazing and pretty relaxing fragrance. I use this everyday to work together with the the perfume (white tea with ginger lily). I highly recommend this body cream. Very refreshing and has a subtle fragrance.
Luxurious body cream
I enjoyed using this Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily scented body cream. The cream comes in a large 400ml plastic tub and the formula is very concentrated and rich. I really like the thick, creamy texture which has a luxurious silky feel when absorbed into the skin, and it doesn't feel sticky or greasy. The cream has the White Tea Ginger Lily scent, which makes it great for layering with the Ginger Lily Eau de Toilette Spray. The scent isn't overpowering, and I like the freshness of the white tea that really stands out. I found my fragrance lasted the whole day when I used the body cream and spray together. I even received some compliments about how lovely my fragrance was, and I was asked what perfume I was wearing!
My favourite thing about this body cream, apart from the fresh, herbal floral scent is that it also contains a great mix of nourishing and hydrating ingredients to treat and repair my dry skin. The cream works very well to leave my skin feeling silky smooth the whole day, and has helped repair my flaky skin. The texture is rich and buttery, therefore I found a small amount goes a long way to really hydrate and moisturise my skin. I would definitely repurchase this body cream, as it has such a luxurious scent and feel.
Incredible body cream, did wonders for my skin
I loved this product so much. Coming into winter in Australia, my skin has been drying up so much and I feel like a need a thicker coat of moisturiser ever morning. I even had a weird rash on the back of my knee that it seemed no amount of vaseline could fix. Enter: Elizabeth Arden White Tea Ginger Lily body cream. This stuff saved my skin, I've been using it every day for the past two weeks. It's incredible.
The smell is also really nice. I probably wouldn't wear it as a fragrance, as it is quite feminine, but it makes me feel fresh and sometimes when I take my shirt off at the end of the day it still smells faintly like this cream, just enough that it's not over powering.
I will say, I do think there are definitely cheaper alternatives out there, but honestly as a moisturiser, this stuff is great.
Rich, soft and luxe
I like quite a rich body moisturiser, especially when it comes to the colder months, so this offering from Elizabeth Arden definitely fits the Bill. Not only does it smell heavenly (think a stroll through a fragrant floral garden in the English countryside), but it glides on smoothly and absorbs well into my skin. I applied liberally over my whole body at night and in the morning I’d wake up with supple soft skin, smelling absolutely delightful. And if you want the scent to last longer, layer it with a spritz of the White Tea Ginger Lily perfume over the top. I found when I did this the scent lasted all day and into the night.
Rich and beautiful smelling body cream
It's been a long time since I wore a perfume-scented body cream, but I was excited to try this one by Elizabeth Arden nonetheless.
It comes in a generous sized tub and the cream is rich but not too rich and leaves my skin feeling very soft afterwards without any greasiness. It smells so lovely and I was surprised that the scent lingered on for most of the day.
It pairs perfectly with the fragrance, however as the body cream is quite scented, I actually prefer wearing it on its own for a lovely subtle scent during the day.
My only feedback would be to consider changing the packaging from a tub to a tube which is more hygienic and travel friendly.
Fantastic moisturiser and long lasting scent
I've been trialing this with the accompanying EDT perfume but I think for this particular product, the focus should be on the cream. The cream itself is luxurious and rich. It was surprisingly absorbent and had a long lasting hydrating feel. This is what I'd say was the best thing about it - it is a great moisturiser which I assume is due to the mix of emollients and occlusives such as cocoa butter and lanolin in the ingredient list. I have the 400mL tub and I predict this would last me quite a while and great for the upcoming winter months!
On the other hand, I'm a big believer in scents beings as intimate and personal as your lingerie - that is, it really comes down to personal preference. The smell sweetness and bitter orange undertones are more prominent than in the EDT and the scent was stronger as well but this settles after applying the cream into a light but sweet scent. When applied with the perfume, there was some longevity to the scent - with it lingering a couple of hours later when I was ready to shower.
Ultimately, I would not repurchase this as I'm not personally picky about my body creams/moisturisers and I'm not personally drawn to the scent itself either however I do believe the pairing works well and I enjoyed using both products together.
