Estée Lauder Pure Color Crystal Lipstick

I have the shade ' Candy' in this Estee Lauder lipstick and I have been wearing it quite regularly for over 15 years would you believe.  I like the fact that it is not a bright pink lipstick, nor to soft a pink lipstick.  It feels really nice and smooth and it has a really lovely texture on the lip's.  I will keep buying this lipstick for as long as it is available.

I have the shade 'Mod Pink' and this product definitely lives up to it's name of 'Crystal Shimmer'. It is very easy to reply, and it doesn't make your lips feel dry. It has a pleasant scent to it, which you can sort of taste when it's on your lips (but it's not disgusting so don't worry about that haha) and it is also highly pigmented. It seems like a sheer lip product, but it isn't at all. It has a frosty finish and looks great among many skin tones. I highly recommend this product if you're looking to play up your eyes a lot but still have something nice on your lips that don't take too much attention from your eye look.

I have quite a lot of trouble finding a lipstick to suit me, which is why I've stayed with the Estee Lauder Pure Colour lipsticks for several years now. I have an ongoing issue with dryness but I hate anything that feels gluggy or greasy and I also hate lip products that have a definite "flavour" to them. The Estee Lauder Pure Colour lipstick is the only one I can use constantly without any adverse issue. It doesn't dry my lips at all, stays well and feels good after a long day. It applies easily and well. The colours stay true without changing - I also have a problem with colours changing on me, sometimes so it is unrecognisable from the colour I apply originally. Thankfully this hasn't happened with the Pure Colour range. I usually use an Estee Lauder lip liner before applying my lipstick but not always. With the difficulty I have finding something that suits me that I can use constantly, it's no wonder I've stayed true to this lipstick for many years. As it lasts so well it is economical as a tube will last me for ages. One of the best features is that the quality, consistence and colour stay true from first use to the last of the tube. Definitely my favourite lip product.
