Kerastase® Discipline Bain Fluidealiste

The hairdresser I go to to have my hair keratin relaxed and cut and coloured use Kerastase both at the basin and also have the retail products to take home. I have never had more silky after a blowdry then when I have had them At this particular salon. The only problem for me having two toddlers at home was at the time spending $47 plus for a 250ml shampoo for my was too expensive to spend for myself on shampoo. So every visit I would take home samples of literally every single Kerastase shampoo, conditioner and masks that they had and sometimes splurge on the full size. I have very naturally frizzy thick hair and found the Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Shampoo which is formulated with amino acids helped really moisturise my hair helping to reduce the frizz keeping it feeling soft. It also has Ceramide R added for strengthening hair which I liked because I have treatments in my hair to smooth it and colour this often weakens my hair so to add extra strength in is a added benefit.

Say goodbye frizz as this kerastase range is amazing!! The shampoo smells divine. My hair is quite fine, curly, oily and frizzy and this hair care range helps tame my very difficult hair type. Doesn't leave hair limp or oily, perfect for all hair types. Definitely worth the price tag as a little goes a long way and for optimum results, use with the mask and anti frizz spray.

I tried this shampoo as i was so impressed by the hair spray in this range. The shampoo did not disappoint too! It is suitable for daily use, lathers easily, and really does leave the hair soft, smooth and less frizzy. I think this shampoo delivers what it promises. It doesn't feel extremely nourishing or hydrating though, which is fair given that it did not advertise itself for that. It will suit all hair types, particularly those who really struggle with frizzy hair.
