Kerastase® Discipline Fondant Fluidéaliste

I purchased the Kerastase Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste Conditioner to go with the matching shampoo Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Shampoo I purchased from my hairdresser. This two comes in a beautiful peach colour bottle with rose gold assents which I love and stands on its lid which is great for no wastage which I also love but thick the wastage needs to be minimal to none especially at the price point it is. I apply about the size of a $0.50 cent piece through my length and ends and leave for 2-3 minutes while I wash my face and the rest of my body. It has a very light pleasant slightly floral fragrance that doesn’t not linger. After towel drying I let my hair dry naturally and then straighten it after using this conditioner my hair is super soft and less frizzy and stays like that for days. I would definitely recommend this conditioner.

I was so impressed with the Kerastase Fluidissime Spray that i went all the way out and bought the full range of this line. Shampoo, leave-in and rinse-out conditioner. This product also did not disappoint me. It smells great, easy to spread over the hair, reduces the hair drying time, reduces frizz, has heat protection benefit....It is everything you need in a leave-in hair conditioner! Compared to a lot of other leave-in hair conditioner, Kerastase leave-in conditioner is always a little more runny and light. However, it is still very rich and moisturising for the hair. While i have both the spray and the cream in this line, I like to use the cream whenever i blow-dry or use heat-styling to my hair. I use the spray if i let my hair dry naturally, or when my hair is already dry and i just want to refresh the hair a little. Highly recommended!
