Kerastase® Discipline Keratin Thermique is a smoothing taming milk for hair. It protects unruly hair from the aggressions of blow-drying and makes hair easier to style. It instantly smooths the hair fibre for a double anti-frizz and anti-humidity action and deeply tames for a perfect fluid and light movement. Hair is left shiny with a perfect glazed-like finish. The formula contains Glaçage Thermo-Seal to smooth hair and add shine, making hair easier to style, auto-reticular polymer to create a hydrophobic film that tames frizz and protects against humidity, Morpho-Kératine® which envelops each fibre in a feather-light coating to restore the fibre’s uniformity, solidity and smoothness, and xylose which is an active ingredient known for its heat protecting properties.

If you use heat styling tools or just have dry, frizzy hair - try this out. It just works like a charm. I use it even on the days when I don't use heat styling tools just for frizz control and it works better than all the leave in conditioners I have tired. I love using flat iron not just for straight hair but also for loose waves. While I love the look it helps me achieve, all that heat treatment doesn't miss on taking it's toll either. With a bit runny yet creamy consistency and pleasant but mild fragrance, this product gets absorbed so quickly into my damaged hair and makes them feel pampered in every sense. On top of being a champion a heat protection, it also seal the strands, makes them smooth, works as detangler and all that without weighting them down. With regular use it also improves the hair texture and adds shine. In spite being on expensive side of the range, it's worth every penny.
