Marc Jacobs Decadence Rollerball EDT

I really love marc jacobs fragrances and picked up this handy rollerball to keep in my handbag for convenience and freshening my scent on the go. I tried several rollerball fragrances before settling on this one. its great value and the scent is amazing, it really is decadent as the name suggests. An oriental fragrance that is freshened with a fruity undertone to stop it being too overpowering, its fresh exotic, I love the amber, rose and jasmine and the fact that the fragrance lasts for hours so its great value there. The packaging is simple and elegant and its perfect for night as it is quite exotic. I love this fragrance, decadence is a winner for me, another marc jacobs favourite.

I jumped on this after having bought the divine full sized bottle (that looks even more divine) some time ago,as i wanted this sexy,"grown up" scent with me in a more portable form. Marc Jacobs was not really a brand i looked at for a fragrance...after all,i am not a 20 year old little girl,i am a 40 something year old woman,and a scent like "Dot" or "Daisy",whilst not too bad in scent,are not really my speed in the fragrance department,but then came "Decadence",and here was a scent o could see myself actually loving (and i did). This beautiful scent,in the supremely portable 10ml size,is every inch the same as the beyond stunning full sized bottle....a fruity gourmand disguising an oriental core--exotically tinged fruit on top, florals in the middle, all on a warm amber base.The truly amazing aspect of this fragrance is that it is a bit of a ....stay with me,unisex scent,in that it is fruity and deep enough to stand against a man's chemistry just as well as us women's as well,so perhaps give the man in your life a try and see what he thinks.The scent lasts for hours (10 hours later i still detected it on me),and it is a perfect size to take in your evening clutch for a quick touchup.Lastly,the price...at under $40,it is at a pricepoint that anyone can afford,and if you love it,then you can trade up to the stunning full size....this is a must try. TIP:Throw this into your carry on luggage for a flight friendly (and permitted) on - the - go perfume re-boot.
