My mum bought this for me as a gift and I love it! It's a gentler way of exfoliating away dead skin cells and renewing your skin's complexion. I use it a few times a week with any foaming cleanser I happen to have at the time. My skin feels smooth and looks brighter after using it. So easy to clean as well.
I couldn't resist picking this up when I saw it half price at Priceline one day while stocking up on beauty supplies. Id always wanted to try an electronic cleansing brush but had been put off by the rather expensive prices of the ones I had come across. The Olay cleansing system comes in a cardboard box with the device, one brush head, batteries and a small tube of an Olay scrub. I was immediately impressed with the fact I was able to use it straight away-batteries were included ,no need to wait for anything to charge. The device has 2 buttons on it-one to turn it on and off, the other is for speed . The device made a pleasant humming sound whilst being used so I could use it late at night if Id had a long day without waking up the household.I found the brush bristles quite pleasant and soft while using and loved that it didn't irritate or redden my quite sensitive skin. My skin felt quite a lot cleaner and smoother than when just using a cleanser alone. I wasn't a huge fan of the Olay cleanser that was included as it was too drying for my skin. I think this was an absolute bargain and am very happy with my unplanned buy of this fantastic cleansing device. Ive been using it for months and still haven't had to replace the batteries! Best of all-replacement brush heads do not cost much at all with this brand! Id recommend anyone planning to buy a cleansing system to check this one out before spending hundreds on the more well known brands.
Bought this for $17 from Chemist Warehouse after never owning a cleansing brush and thought I'd start off small and cheap before considering a high end brand. Wow.It's been two weeks and I have loved using the cleansing brush purely to clean my face as I wear a lot of foundation and primers to cover the pores and I was super happy to see how much makeup came off using the brush after I thought I'd already washed my face. I just use the brush with my normal cleanser. I am so happy and i couldn't live without this brush now! I wish I had tried a cleansing brush sooner. It has saved my skin. I will still get hormonal acne but my complexion is so much better regardless. My pores are almost non existent as well. I use the low setting in the morning as my face is already pretty clean from the night before. At night I use the high setting as I need to remove the days makeup
Adore this play regenerate advanced cleansing system, so handy, everything you need in one box for gorgeous youthful skin. I am a huge fan of Olay products, and this would have to be the holy grail of cleansing systems. It comes with a brush head, handle, batteries and cleanser. This is so easy to use and gives salon worthy results, it deep cleans pores effectively and leaves skin super soft smooth and youthful looking. Simply click the brush head on, apply product turn on and massage in with a circular motion then rinse. Replacement brushes can be purchased and my skin is left super clear and clean, ready for moisturiser for a youthful appearance. This product is great value as at $35.00 it's super cheap compared to most systems that do the same job, most are quite expensive. This system is like a budget professional salon treatment. The brush is super gentle, great for sensitive skin and a huge bonus is it has reduced the appearance of fine lines and pores. I adore this system, another play regenerate winner. I would highly recommend this.
This cleansing device comes in a box with the handle, brush head, batteries and a small cleanser. The brush head clips on the handle which fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. The brush heads can be purchased in Priceline, chemists and some super markets. It is recommended you replace the head every two months for hygiene reasons. To use, i wet my face and the brush head, I would them apply some cleansing cream or foam onto the brush head and turn on the device and circulate around my face and neck. I would then rinse with water, pat dry and follow with my usual skincare routine. I also found that it helped remove traces of make up that I didn't even know was still there. At first, I thought this device was amazing, but after more use, I found it too harsh on my skin. I no longer use it on my face as I have moved onto a different cleansing device. I do however use this on my body once a week in the shower and it's amazing for that purpose. Pros -smooth clean skin -affordable Cons -dries out skin after prolonged use -the need to purchase replacement brush heads If you do give this a go, I suggest trialling it once a week and see how your skin reacts rather than using it daily.
On a recent trip away I forgot to pack my Clarisonic, and decided to purchase this cleansing system as it was only $35 at the local chemist.  The Olay Regenerist Advanced Cleansing System comes in a red box which includes 1x cleansing device (white), 1x brush head, 20ml tube of their Skin Renewal Cleanser, and two AA batteries. Replacement heads are available for $10 (2x pc) and it is recommended you change the brush head every three months. The fact that the device is battery operated (and comes with the batteries included) is a huge positive for me, as I could use it straight away without waiting for the device to charge. The batteries are inserted at the bottom the handle and the brush head clicks on easily to the top. The device has two buttons located on the handle. The larger button at the top turns the device on/off, and the smaller button below increases the speed and intensity of the brush.   The cleanser included in the box feels really nice on the skin. It has really fine exfoliating grains throughout it, which are pretty much undetectable if you place the cleanser straight onto the brush as opposed to applying it with your hands. It has a pleasant smell, nothing too overpowering, and does work really well with the device.   The cleansing system is super easy to use. After wetting my face and the brush, I apply a small amount of the cleanser directly to the brush, dab this onto my face, and then switch on the device and work the product around my face for a minute or so. After rinsing the product off my face I apply my usual skincare products, and as with my Clarisonic I find the products absorb much more quickly than if I don’t use the brush. (Note: the directions say to apply the cleanser to your face with your hands, however I find that this wastes some of the product, so opt to place it directly on the brush head instead). I have fairly sensitive skin, but have had no issues with irritation using the fastest setting of the device. I have been using the Clarisonic for a while now though and I may have acclimatised my skin, so I would recommend using the lower setting the first time you use the device. The cleanser also hasn’t caused any irritation to my skin. Regarding results, it is hard to judge as I have been using the Clarisonic prior to starting this so haven’t noticed any visible improvements. However, my skin has not worsened or had any breakouts since I swapped to the Olay device, so I would have to assume it provides the same benefits of the Clarisonic. Comparing my skin now to what it was before I started with either cleansing device, I would have to say my skin looks so much healthier. Pores are smaller, skin tone is more even, fine lines are less visible, and my skin finally has that healthy glow-from-within look to it. Deciding to use a cleansing device has easily been the best decision I have made regarding my skincare routine. I would definitely recommend this Olay system to anyone looking to incorporate a cleansing brush into their daily routine. The results are amazing, and when compared to the Clarisonic it offers a number of benefits, including: cost ($35 compared to $200+), cost of replacement brush heads, availability, battery-operated, lighter, smaller handle, and no timer. After trying this Olay product, I am kicking myself for not trying it before spending hundreds of dollars on the Clarisonic :(
