Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Conditioner

I really liked the Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Conditioner! For me it performed as well as many other salon brands I've tried that are three times the price. I used this condition in conjunction with the Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Shampoo & Leave-in Crème Frizz Control and it’s a great system for people of all hair types that want to control their level of frizz. I have oily scalp and roots but bleach damaged mid-lengths and ends so I only applied the condition from mid-lengths down and it did a great job of taming my flyaways and frizz without adding any heaviness or oil.

Once again after using the Pantene Smooth and Sleek frizz control shampoo, I’m also impressed with the conditioner, which leaves my frizz under control with the added bonus of leaving my hair smooth, shiny and silky. A small amount goes a long way, where as cheaper conditioners you have to use three times the amount especially if your hair is longer. The 375 ml comes in an easy to handle bottle with a easy to use flip lid, the price varies from $5.60 to $ 8, so it pays to shop around. It’s a moisturising conditioner that is easily absorbed, especially by dry hair. No knots or tangles in this hair. Grey hair especially has a mind of its own, I find it’s got it under control, plus makes my hair feel soft, smooth and sleek. The conditioner has a nice , refreshing smell and is safe to use everyday, it doesn’t contain any paraffins, mineral oils and colourants. Used in conjunction with the shampoo should give the best results. We are impressed with the conditioner and the results , can’t beat smooth, shiny sleek hair.

I loved this product! It's a well priced conditioner for anyone on a budget that just wants something that is easily accessible and available in most supermarkets and chemists! I loved the consistency of this product, it's not sticky or overbearing but light and really conditioning. I've struggled with frizzy and unruly hair for as long as I can rememeber but my hair dried so smooth with this product and without the oily look! Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a product that's cheap, effective and easy to use!

Great product for a great price, as the headline states! I was excited to trial the 0% range as I'm becoming more conscious of the ingredients in my haircare regime. The conditioner did a great job at deeply nourishing my hair and paired perfectly with the matching shampoo to create smooth and sleek strands. I enjoyed the scent and the rich consistency of the product itself. The bottle is a convenient size and not much conditioner is required to achieve the desired results, which ends up being even better value! Pantene pulled through with another effective and affordable product :)

Lone this product for my family to use weekly The family tried it over 3weeks in the 3 weeks they all enjoyed it and would use regularly. The conditioner isn’t a thick texture that’s doesn’t cling to your hair leaving it oily and heavy like most supermarkets products do. it cleans the head and hair so nice leaving it so fresh and clean, over all smoothness and shine to the hair it left was beautiful I would definitely buy this product again and let my family continues using it i absolutely love it has all the nasty chemical removed from it which most supermarket hair products have in them! So it even extra safe for my son to use which I love even more will definitely recommend to family and friends

I love this budget friendly conditioner as it contains no silicones, parafins, mineral oils and colourants. The conditioner created a soft sleek feeling throughout my hair while washing and left my hair with a very pleasant smell even after drying. I am very happy with this product and like the shampoo when used together with the other products in the range my hair felt healthy and smooth with a definite decrease in flyaways. I highly recommend this product to anyone that suffers with those pesky flyaways.

I use this conditioner with Pantene’s Smooth & Sleek Shampoo, and together, their dual effects have really made my hair less frizzy, taming my curls, and just making it look and feel healthier overall. I love the fresh, pleasant smell as well. It leaves my hair with the iconic Pantene smell, where it just smells clean without the smell of nasty toxins that usually dries my hair out and leaves it feeling soapy. This conditioner works so well that I don’t need to use too much either, unlike with other conditioners where I have to use an excess amount to really see its effects. This is now my new conditioner and will be buying it once this bottle runs out!

This has been a great supermarket/ budget friendly range to help maintain my frizzy locks. Overall I have since improvements in the health of my hair. It's hard to find a range that will completely eliminate and maintain frizzy hair (frizzy hair struggles), however after using this range I have noticed I have less knots which means less breakage. My hair overall is softer and a lot shiner! My hair feels hydrated which is exactly what I needed as being in lockdown I haven't been able to get a hair cut.

This conditioner is amazing. I’ve tried many many hair conditioners in my life, as I have naturally very thick, dry, coarse and frizzy hair, so I’m always searching for the ‘next best thing’ when it comes to conditioners, and after testing this product, I was reminded again that Pantene really is a leader in the conditioner game, as I learned a long time ago. There is no other product on the market that makes your hair feel this silky and soft. As soon as it touched my hair, my hair instantly felt like silk. It was so silky that I was actually quite shocked! The product goes a long way, you only have to use a tiny amount which is unlike many other conditioners I’ve tried where you need to use copious amounts of product to get your hair feeling hydrated. I love the smell, it makes me feel amazing, and I love that the smell lingers and you can still perceive the smell after you have dried your hair. It didn’t weigh down my hair, I didn’t feel that it was too heavy in any way, it was perfect for my thick, dry, frizzy hair. The bottle is massive, there is so much product, you won’t find a better conditioner in the market at this price point. Pantene conditioners are so underrated, they deserve all the praise in the world!

The smell of this product is AMAZING. It literally made my whole bathroom smell sooooo good. I used it in conjunction with the shampoo and leave in conditioner of the same range and it left my hair feeling super soft for days. The only thing I'd say is a con is the amount of silicon it contains - definitely something to keep in mind if you dye your hair or use lots of heat on it as over time it can leave a weird coating and cause issues with hair dyes. Otherwise, it works amazingly but I probably wouldn't use long term purely because of the silicon content.

I really wanted to like this conditioner, but it doesn't work well on my fine curly hair. It smells great, it's free of nasties, does a good job with the frizz and detangles really well but it removes my curls strength. After using this conditioner, I then need to apply more of the styling products than usual and still, the result is not what I'd like to be. If you have thick curly hair or want your hair to be straighter, this conditioner is probably going to be perfect for you and at this price point, it's worth trying.

This conditioner is very budget friendly which makes my bank account and I super happy!!! It has a beautiful floral scent which lasts even after being washed out. I’m someone who prefers to have a stronger scent that lingers instead of one that washes out straight away. My hair is noticeably less frizz and a lot smoother after a week of using this combined with the shampoo and the leave in frizz conditioning treatment. It doesn’t contain any silicone or sulfates which is very important for me in a product for my hair. The conditioner lathers evenly and rinses out without any residue left in the hair. The scent does last for a couple of days which is lovely. I have also used this on both my daughters hair, they have different hair types and it still works on both of them as good as it has with my hair. They have both commented on how beautiful it smells and asked if it were made in heaven. I’ve rated it 4/5 stars due to the design of the bottle a lot comes out very quickly. I’m not the happiest with it but overall it is a great product that I would recommend to friends or family needing a new conditioner to try.

I am very happy with this Smooth & Sleek conditioner from Pantene Pro-v. The packaging is nice. As soon as I open it it smells so lovely. I like how there are 0% paraffins, mineral oils and colourants. After using this product when my hair is dry I notice that it is a lot smoother than after suing other conditioners. My hair is frizzy and dry and heat damaged and This conditioner along with the shampoo and the leave in cream my hair looks and feels smooth, sleek and hydrated. It doesn't feel as dry and rough.

I haven’t used Pantene hair products in a long time before trying this out and I can see why now, whilst the shampoo is really good product the conditioner held no wow factor for me. It doesn’t hydrate hair dramatically and leaves a weight and residue in the hair. Whilst good at controlling frizz and keeping hair smooth it comes along with an unnatural slip and increased the natural shedding I experienced whilst using the product. I would recommend to someone who isn’t super worried about the ingredients in their hair care or younger children with frizzy hard to control hair

Packaging Design: It is available at most retailers in a 375ml flip top white bottle with Pantene’s signature gold labelling. The flat top lid has been designed so the bottle can flipped on its top. This ensures nearing the end of the product no conditioner is wasted allowing the cream to flow to the opening of the bottle, ultimately reducing product wastage. The bottle also displays the Australian recycling label meaning the packaging can be recycled after use. The range of Pantene Smooth products also have a green swatch on the bottle so the products can be easily linked and matched when on the supermarket shelves. Product: The conditioner is a white thick liquid, with a strong floral and citrus fragrance; the fragrance is quite overpowering and remained in my hair after washing. The conditioner created a soft sleek feeling throughout my long thick hair while washing. Ingredients: The conditioner contains 0% silicones, parafins, mineral oils and colourants. It does contain Stearyl Alcohol and Cetyl Alcohol both are fatty alcohols which add help to smooth and moisture hair while providing slip to the hair follicle, thus creating a frizz minimising formulation. Overall the Pantene Smooth conditioner is a decent product for the cost, it reduced the frizz of my hair without causing any irritation. The fragrance is a little strong for me, and I found it did not nourish the ends my hair enough on its own. I also found my hair quite heavy with product build up on the roots after prolonged use, thus I ended up shampooing and conditioning my hair more regularly.

I’ve been using the Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Conditioner for a week now and I am impressed with the results. My hair has become noticeably less frizzy and it is sleek and straighter instead. The conditioner applies to the hair smoothly and washes out easily without leaving any residue. I love how the conditioner has a pleasant fragrance which isn’t too overwhelming. I only gave 4/5 stars because the bottle only has a flat surface on the bottom part of the conditioner bottle and this is where the lid is. As a result, a lot of product tends to come out each use. However, I would definitely recommend this product as it is affordable and tames my frizzy hair.

I received this Pantene Pro-V Smooth & sleek Conditioner complimentary of the review Crew for my honest opinion. I feel terrible to say what my first statement was to my partner "I couldn't believe it's partner!?" I washed with the Shampoo first followed with conditioner and then the leave in creme. It had a very nice smell, a creamy texture. I loved how it was very easy to apply and left my hair feeling fresh and soft. I'm very Impressed, I see the price is quite reasonable, I would recommend and I will definitely be consider purchasing.

No wow factor like I was hoping for. Wow, this product smelt amazing! I would literally use the product just for the smell. However in terms of helping my frizz situation, this did not work as well as I was hoping. This did work better than majority of other products I have use, although these products have only been cheap products. This product also didn’t assist with my dry scalp, in which I think it may have made it worse. I may have used too much, not enough or not correctly applied the conditioner though. I would recommend this product to others with less frizzy or normal hair though. Overall, this product wasn’t the worst, although wasn’t the best either. Maybe if used in conjunction with the leave it conditioner it may work excellently.

I was excited to trial this new smooth and sleek range. I’ve been using this conditioner in conjunction with the shampoo and leave-in cream. I started off by washing my hair with the shampoo then add a small amount to the bottom half of my hair. I have long thick curly hair and found that a small amount is all you really need making it very economical. The pros: nice fragrant which smells like the rest of the range. Leaves hair feeling soft and smooth and less frizzy. Cons: the formula can be a little thick so if you use too much, hair can feel a little heavy and oily especially if you get it too close to the scalp. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get a control over frizzy hair. It’s definitely not my favorite conditioner but get the job done.

I really love this conditioner smells amazing and super easy to use I love how it left my hair super smooth and feeling soft I also love Pantene as I see there products as higher end when it comes to hair products I would probably use this on it’s on to make my hair feel softer like as mask type of thing just like because I think that would work for my hair as it’s dyed and very damaged I love the look of the packageing too as it’s very sleek and looks very pleasing to the eye as I only got to use it twice and found it worked well I will be definitely useing it for a while.
