ProX by Olay Anti-aging Rejuvenating Clear Lotion

So I used this lotion (toner) after cleansing my face before using the serum and the moisturiser. Definitely left my skin feeling refreshed and 'naked' - ready for the serum. It's clear and odourless, and a little goes a long way. A couple of times my skin felt a bit of a sting with the lotion, but not overly concerning. I do really think there has been a change in my skin over the last month. My friends have also commented (they didn't know I was using the products). It is a bit of a pain doing the 3 stage regime every night but I absolutely think it's worth the effort. However, is the lotion worth the price tag? I think a less pricey toner may do the same job. I'm still on the fence regarding bang for your buck.

I reviewed this product with the ProX Serum and ProX Anti-Aging Cream. Firstly, the name is confusing as this product is a toner. But with no clear instruction on the packaging you'd be second guessing on how to use and when to incorporate it into your beauty regime. It's a nice enough product, it did make my skin feel quite soft but can't see any anti ageing benefits. This product would be good for people who don't like fragranced products and have a more normal skin type. For the price I feel this product is not worth the money although the bottle is a generous size.

I use this lotion after cleansing, before the serum and moisturiser and I have found it to be non-greasy, light and unscented. It’s easy to apply and does not burn or tingle afterwards.

I received this lotion as part of the Pro X Olay range. To me this product is more like a toner and I don’t usually use a toner but I did like this product. I found after I cleansed my face I used this lotion and I wiped it over my face and it seemed to take off some dirt that was left over. The clear lotion also made my face feel tight and refreshed. I’m not sure if it actually did anything but my face did feel extra clean. I liked the smell and I felt that you didn’t waste any lotion as you can dispense it without wasting. I will definitely buy this product again as I have noticed real results in using all the products in this range after a month. Anything that is affordable and offers real results is a bonus and will earn a spot on my bathroom shelf

The think I love most about this range is the fact it doesn’t have a fragrance. For someone with sensitive skin, fragrance tends to give me rashes so this was a nice surprise. The lotion comes in a simple tall bottle. I apply it each morning and night using a cotton round after I cleanse and it absorbs nicely into the skin. It feels quite refreshing and I didn’t break out or notice any negative reaction to my skin. After a few weeks my skin did feel a lot more hydrated and smooth so it’s definitely a product I’ll continue to use in my daily skincare routine.

Really great product for hydration and firming. I'm using this product morning and night after cleansing. I love it because no fragrance and very light on my skin. This product quickly and easily absorbed which i like it. I am so please with this product. I love my skin it's really soft. Overall i love the result and i highly recommend.

I did like this product, it felt really nice on and had a fresh feel. This product got delivered at the right time for me because I wasnt using a skin care regime other then slapping on some moisturiser and wanted to know if I paid more would I get more. Along came this review test. I was hit and miss with it, if I did keep up the regime it worked beautifully but real life enter and I missed a few, ran out of pads (not the same feel with using your hands to splash on) and lost the feeling. Not being up to date on what to do the box instructions were a little bare. I have been appreciative of being able to test this but honestly with the price I won't buy outright esp all 3, maybe if I see it for half price. Thank you

I am using the ProX By Olay Clear Lotion as part of the 3 step regime with the serum and the smoothing cream. I have never quite take to toners, since they leave my skin feeling tight, however this Clear Lotion did not have that effect. It is only very lightly scented which is pleasant, and it seemed to absorb well. I would recommend this product.

I really enjoyed this product, my skin loves the ingredients of this and I found it worked really well paired with the serum and moisturiser, I would purchase this again. It wasn't sticky or greasy and just hydrating which is what I like and there is alot of product in here and a little goes a long way .

Having never used a toner/essence before this product was a first for me. A few drops (from the very generous sized bottle) onto a cotton pad swiped across my face prior to Serum application seemed to calm and soothe my skin. Not sure if it helped the serum and moisturiser sink in but definitely felt lovely on the skin.

I didn’t love this product. It didn’t sit right on my skin and I’m not sure I’d want another step in my routine after serum and moisturizer. It was a little harsh after it sank in and felt heavy.

I really liked this lotion. Just a few drops in your palms and patting it on my face My skin felt clearer it was an easy step to add to my regiment Only needing a few drops on your palm, this lotion will last months I will definitely repurchase this when I finish this bottle

I really like this Lotion - I don't normally use a product before Serum or Moisturiser but this has worked beautifully on my skin over the last few weeks with the other products in the range. The ProX by Olay Anti-aging Youth-Activ Rejuvenating Clear Lotion is a light and easily absorbed toner. I used it first, then applied the ProX by Olay Anti-aging 3D Youth Essence serum, and the ProX by Olay Anti-Aging Youth-Activ Wrinkle Smoothing Cream each day. My skin became softer and smoother from this skincare regime. I like that there is no added fragrance to the lotion, leaving it with a very soft scent. The watery texture absorbed quickly, as I rubbed it into my face with my fingers. The lotion comes in a well designed and presented plastic screw-top tall bottle, where I could tip out as much toner as I needed. The overall branding and packaging of the ProX by Olay range has a quality look to it. The combination of the three ProX by Olay Anti-aging products definitely improved my skin texture and tone, making my skin smoother and softer to touch - I recommend this trio!

This lotion makes my skin feel fresh. I use this first and then apply the ProX Youth Essence Serum and then the Wrinkle Smoothing Cream. All three products make my skin look and feel amazing!

My skin felt nice and soft after using this product. I used as part of a 3 step process and applies using a makeup pad. I loved the whole process and after 3 weeks feel my skin is better for it!

I used this together with the serum and the moisturiser, so I am not sure if it does amplify the absorption and effectiveness of the rest of the range. I never tried using the others without this so it is hard to tell. However, what I did like was that their was no scent. Also, normally when I get out of the shower and my skin is dried it feels very tight straight away. Once I used this my skin calmed down and I could apply the serum without feeling like that was the only thing saving my skin. Very gentle.

Loved the simplicity of this product. I applied it each morning and each night, by dispersing a few drops onto a cotton pad and wiping over my face. A little went a long way. I was impressed by how quickly my skin absorbed this non scented product. Within a few minutes I was able to follow it up with either the 3D Youth Essence from the same range, that I used as a day cream, or at night with the Wrinkle Smoothing Cream, which I used as a night cream. My skin has felt amazing using this range! It's hydrated and I feel I have a smoother, firmer skin tone.

I was a little sceptical of this product, never having used a lotion like this before (strictly a serum and moisturiser only kind of gal), but I have been pleasantly surprised with the results of this product. Currently reviewing this product, as well as the matching serum and moisturiser and super pleased with the results so far! The bottle is quite large so anticipate it will last me a long time, and I just pop the lotion onto a cotton pad and apply to my skin. Skin feels soft and smooth and given the year we're having I'm really appreciating my skin feeling as good as these products make it. Will continue to use and see how my skin goes with these products and the change of weather (and very fluctuating stress levels!).
