Redken Color Extend Blondage Conditioner

Redken makes fabulous hair products. Whilst Thai conditioner really extended the lightness of my coloured blonde hair, I felt it needed a bit more strength to tone brassy and yellow tones. It smelt great, and is a rich purple conditioner. Better suited for maintenance of blonde rather than toning.

I think this is a good conditioner for blond hair. I like that it has strengthening properties and I think it nourishes the hair well. I found my hair feeling soft and moisturised after using it. It also made my hair look very shiny. It has a pleasant smell. Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found that the shampoo is more toning than the conditioner so if you were to only buy the conditioner and used a different shampoo it wouldn’t cancel out all the brass. Therefore I would recommend this conditioner only if you were using it with a purple shampoo if you were looking for a solution to cancel out orange tones in your hair.
