Rimmel London Lasting Finish Breathable Foundation

This is a really nice, lightweight foundation that gives a very natural look, and I tend to use this foundation for everyday use as it doesn't give a full coverage. I use the shade 100 Ivory which blends perfectly with my skin colour and tone but I do have red undertones so I would recommend looking at a few of the shades so you can get the right undertones. The applicator is really easy to use and I love to dot my foundation around my face and then use a beauty blender to blend it all in. it is really affordable and I think this is a great product!

Foundation is just one of those things I can never get right. If it's not the shade that never matches, it's the foundation that claims to be for oily skin that falls off my face. My favorite is getting a new foundation and it oxides only a few hours later. Needless to say I have a complete love/hate relationship with foundation. For the past few months I even switched to using a B.B cream rather then a foundation. I saw this one on sale in priceline a little while ago, and decided to take the chance on it! What did I have to lose?  I honestly am devastated that I didn't pick this one up before! Oh wow, it's been such a long time since I've experienced a foundation like this. It's incredibly light-weight and looks so natural on the skin! It's easily buildable from a light to medium coverage without looking heavy or cakey. My favourite part? It stays on my skin! And doesn't oxide either, which is always a huge bonus. Even without wearing a primer underneath it still maintains itself on the skin all day. It also has this really cool applicator attached to the lid, which allows you to put the product directly onto your face. 

Rimmel London 25 Hour Lasting Finishing Breathable Foundation comes in a bottle with 3D foam applicator. Available in 8 shades, providing colour variation for lighter to medium tones. The foundation provides perfect coverage. This is partially thanks to the handy little applicator, which allows you to evenly distribute the foundation over your face. Further more the applicator tool allows you to blend the product into your face, making it very quick and easy to achieve an optimum result in minimal time. The foundation feels quite comfortable, I don’t like heavy make up and I felt like I was in my own skin and it lasted all day. Although Sydney has been experiencing some cooler days, we have had some wet ones also and it has not rubbed off or washed away leaving me looking like a sad crying panda. Although I did not need to reapply the make up due to its long lasting application, it would have been easy to carry and reapply if necessary. The foundation for me, didn’t cake up and provided a great overall coverage. It provides a polished and seamless look and I would recommend it for medium to fuller coverage. So, don't get this if you want more of a lightweight BB cream. It's as good as a higher-end brand for a small price.

I really like this foundation from Rimmel as a basic, affordable foundation for daytime wear. It is meant to last up to 25 hours, which is very impressive and it is SPF 20, which I absolutely love and this is definitely something that I look for in my make-up products to combat the harsh Aussie sun. I have this foundation in the 200 Soft Beige shade, which is a great light shade and suits my skin tones well, particularly in summer. For winter I would probably go a shade lighter as my skin does tend to lose colour in the winter months.  This foundation feel very light on the skin and it blends very well and very easily. I actually find that I can just use the tip of my finger to blend it out, but a beauty blender will work just as well. It provides medium coverage, so if you are after a full coverage foundation then this may not be the one for you. It looks natural, smooth and even once applied and covers blemishes, acne scarring and any dark spots well. The packaging is the only reason that I am not giving this one full stars - the sponge applicator is just not the best in terms of hygiene and preserving the product from any external bacteria as far as I am concerned. A pump bottle would have worked better for me.

The Rimmel Breathable foundation comes in a glass bottle with a screw-on lid and built-in doe foot applicator. It is a liquid foundation, lightweight and unscented. I use the doe foot applicator to dot foundation on my face before buffing and blending it in with my flat top foundation brush. The foundation is lightweight and easily blendable taking me seconds to buff it in to my skin. It blends in to a natural medium coverage without being streaky or cakey. I find that the foundation feels hydrating on my skin with a natural dewy finish. It evens out my skintone, and covers up any skin imperfections, never accentuating any lines or pores for a flawless, airbrushed finish. The colours in this range lean more on the yellow toned side and I've found a shade with a close match. I find when my skin is prepped with a primer, the foundation lasts all day. I do set it with loose powder as well to avoid looking shiny in the t-zone so that might also help with longevity. It starts to wear off slightly around the sides of my nose by the end of the day.but the rest of my face looks amazing and still quite fresh.  I can't believe this is a pharmacy brand foundation because it gives luxury level results without looking cakey or mask-like. This is a beautiful easy to wear everyday foundation from Rimmel London. It doesn't feel heavy or cakey on my skin and lasts for most of the working day for me. It applies easily with my fingers or when I use a foundation brush. The sponge tip applicator makes applying even easier and helps even out my skin tone.  It goes on lightly and I can build up the coverage and it helps my skin look smooth and finished. This foundation doesn't clog my skin or transfer onto my hands throughout the day. It removes easily with my cleanser or with a makeup remover wipe too.  Pros: Affordable Easy to apply Cons: Nothing Recommendation: This is a perfect everyday foundation for all skin types and it helps my face look natural and fresh. 

I really loved this gorgeous Rimmel London lasting finish breathable foundation. Rimmel products always deliver great results and this foundation is no exception. It gives great natural coverage, glides on easily and blends in well. I love how hydrating this product is, it covers imperfections without going cakey and gives a flawless finish that makes skin look smooth and radiant. I found it easy to find a perfect match with eight shades to choose from. The sponge tip applicator is easy to use and hygienic. I really loved this foundation and would purchase it again, a great budget friendly find that I would recommend.

This is a really good drug store foundation, gives you a high end finish is defiantly full coverage however I found the shades difficult to match for lighter skin, if you love sticking to your exact skin colour it is great however if you want the darker look like me the colours go orange. That is the only down fall other then that the forums is great and the price is ever better.
