Rimmel London Scandal’Eyes Bold Flick Liner

This isn't the first time I've used an eyeliner with a ball tip so it wasn't really a new concept for me to get used to and I was able to use this without any learning curve. I like liners like this for easily creating lines but due to my eye shape it is better for me to use brush liners to create sharp wings. This was quite pigmented and there was some smudging on the wings after a full day of wear time but it wasn't noticeable from a distance. The tip does get dirty when using this on top of eyeshadow so it's best to keep it clean. I wouldn't say it's completely waterproof but it does hold up fairly well.  It isn't the best liner I've tried though hence the lower rating.
