The Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Mascara is an absolute steal at only $16.95. There are very few waterproof mascaras, or mascaras in general that don't give me panda eyes by mid afternoon- but I am glad that I found this little beauty to give me the voluminous, bold, luscious lashes from AM to PM without the added drama of that unsightly smudge.  Application is relatively easy, the wand is quite thick and is able to pick up a lot of product, so I would recommend applying it cautiously as only a little product is required to plump up your lashes and leaving them looking gorgeous and to avoid any slip ups because too much product was used. The effect from this product is that your lashes appear fuller, plumper and voluminous and although the formula doesn't clump at all, it doesn't deliver perfectly defined lashes. Pros -  Product goes a long way and is an absolute quality , bargain buy at a retail price below $20. - Lashes are bold and beautiful, voluminous with relatively easy application. - Product is picked up very easily with the thick wand included within. - Mascara outlasts even the most humid of days, or sweatiest of workouts - staying put and never smudging. Cons - Although the mascara doesn't clump eyelashes together, it's also doesn't provide perfectly defined lashes. - Can be a little more work to remove effectively- I find that a double cleanse is what works best to completely remove any lasting residue. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable smudge proof mascara that isn't looking to spend a fortune.

I put this mascara on in the morning and work a hot and humid 8 hour shift, followed by either gym or heading out for the evening. My mascara is ALWAYS still perfect some 14 hours later. If I get sweaty or rained on my mascara still will still persevere. I like the neon orange packaging because it makes it quick and easy to identify in your makeup collection. The brush is thick and coats every lash. I use about 3-4 coats and it looks pretty natural. I remove the mascara when I’m heading to bed with a Micellar water. I would definitely recommend this mascara as it lives up to its claims, and for how well it works it is very affordable.

Rimmel make a fantastic range of mascaras.  I'm not sure if it's the brush or the actual product but it's the only brand that really separates and lengthens my lashes beautifully.  This waterproof one is great if the weather is particularly humid or there's the chance of happy/sad tears, however after swimming it does leave faint smudges under the eyes.

Have been using this mascara for years! great as a top coat over lashes to stop them from smudging. Definitely one of my favourite mascara's!
