Samson & Charlie Ageless Anti-aging Ceramide + B3 Eye Serum

Thank you to BeautyCrew and Samson & Charlie for the opportunity to trial this product. I had never heard of the brand Samson & Charlie before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I have to say, I was rather pleasantly surprised and quite pleased with this product. The packaging is quite nice, sleek and clean white with a touch of silver. I loved the striking blue colour of the eye serum and while the blueberry scent is quite strong, I found it heavenly. I found application of the eye serum was easy and quick. One small drop was more than sufficient for each eye and the product absorbed very well. I was very pleased with the results from using this eye serum. I found the fine lines around my eyes lessened significantly and my eye area looks brighter and fresher. Another thing that I really loved about this product is that it’s made in Australia. It’s always great to find quality Australian products.

I used this serum before bed as part of my regular skin care routine. I used a small drop (less than a pea size) on each under eye area. The serum has a nice blueberry fragrance and a gel consistency. It goes on cool, but doesn't really absorb into the skin. I found it sat on the surface and once dry started to gather/clump with a strange texture. I tried using less, but it still happened. As such it didn't work well under makeup or with other moisturisers. The bottle is quite simple, and if you throw away the box there's nothing on the bottle to tell you how to use it or what is in the product. Didn't like the product enough to keep using and notice a difference

Coming from someone who has always struggled with under eye dark circles I can say I was pleasantly surprised by this serum! I have tried so many products and really am enjoying using this one. This is the first gel consistency eye serum I have used and I quite prefer this consistency to cream. I use a small pea size amount between both eyes and have been using morning and night. I have found it has brightened the area and left it looking more refreshed. I haven’t been reaching for the concealer first thing in the morning every single day as I’ve been feeling fresher. I also have sensitive skin and this did not irritate my eyes at all. I am 30 so cannot speak much about fine lines and the impact on these. I would definitely repurchase

Samson & Charlie Ageless Anti-aging Ceramide + B3 Eye Serum is jam packed with a blend of plant based ingredients such as; ceramides, retinol, niacinamide, peptides, aloe vera, apple stem cells and blueberry extract that work to improve skin elasticity while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The serum claims to be lightweight, non-greasy whilst absorbing quickly into the skin for long lasting hydration. The product does have a slight blueberry scent which is lovely. Now, after trying for a month, I didn’t notice any changes in my skin. I used the smallest amount around my eyes and no longer what I did, it was always sticky. It never felt like it was absorbing into my skin. I used skincare tools like eye rollers to help push the product in, but still didn’t really work. The packing looks cheap, I was actually shocked to see how much it costs. I’ve heard and read great results however it didn’t work for me. I’ll have to try it again and hopefully get some sort of results or maybe it just wasn’t the product for me.

I have been using this serum for three weeks. I don't see any differences. I had never used an eye serum prior to this, I have always used eye cream instead, so I was not used to a runny eye treatment. Additionally, I have not seen any differences using this for three weeks. The good thing about this serum is that it goes well with my underage makeup. As it is in a serum form, I feel like my concealer stays on my underage a little bit better. However, I think it's too expensive just for a good underage concealer base, so I would not recommend this serum.

I had big hopes for this product and loved the packaging and promises. Sadly though it didn't deliver for me. I found no difference despite daily use and I felt it just sat on my skin without absorbing. No observable difference in wrinkles or skin. Loved the packaging and the premise, just really underwhelmed with the actual product. On that basis, I couldn't recommend this product but it sure looks pretty. There are many other products that can do the job and they are proven and those are the products I would recommend. Disappointing but you win some, you lose someb

This is a really nice product for those who have dark circles and wrinkles. I have somewhat dark circles around my eyes and as the description of this product says, when I applied this product to my eyes, it felt very hydrating and soothing. After a few weeks of application, I could notice the darkness around the eyes reduced somewhat and skin was less wrinkly. Thus, I would surely recommend this product to my friends and family. I would also repurchase this product after it is finished as I can feel the difference in the areas around my eyes.

Really can't say I was sold on this eye serum. It just didn't do it for me for what it is meant to offer. The eye area is very delicate and personally I look for an all round result. I didn't find it to work at all on dark circles or wrinkles being an anti aging product. However, it does come beautifully packaged in a lovely 15ml glass dropper bottle. The scent is quite strong of blue berries. Also I found the eye serum texture seemed quite watery. The only result I got was it definitely reduced the puffiness around my eyes over time which is great.

I was as thrilled as I could be to have been sent this eye serum, having not found anything to replace a favourite that has been discontinued. I have found this excellent. It actually does what it claims and the length of time to trial was particularly good, meaning we could make a proper judgement regarding the effectiveness. I have super sensitive skin and find buying an effective eye cream/serum a challenge as I also have an issue with alcohol in ingredients, especially eye products. Benzyl alcohol is an ingredient but it is the 3rd last ingredient and I have had no ill effects from using this. The serum feels beautiful, with just one drop applied around the eye area. It works well into my skin and doesn't effect the use of eye makeup. I am delighted with the effect, especially the way it has reduced puffiness and dark circles. This is a brand I was not aware of but with the serum MADE IN AUSTRALIA I am definitely going to continue using this and will look at other products from the brand. It is vegan and cruelty free as well. My sincere thanks to Beauty Crew and Samson and Charlie for this fabulous product and the opportunity to try this.

I thought I was going to really love this eye serum but I’m just not the biggest fan of it. I really enjoy products that are like gel consistency and this eye serum was more gel like rather than cream. The serum smelt like blueberries I normally don’t like fragrance in skincare but it wasn’t over powering so it didn’t bother me at all. Once applied under the eyes it felt sticky for around 5 minutes I used less than a pea size amount, the following days I used even less and I still found it to be sticky. Over 2 weeks I didn’t notice any difference and I really didn’t like the sticky feeling. I personally prefer a cream consistency under the eye area.

The Samson & Charlie Ageless Anti-aging Ceramide is such a good quality product, makes it feel so luxurious and high quality, but it is such a small bottle unfortunately. It is a very effective serum for targeting any wrinkles near the eye area and is gentle since skin there is very delicate. I like that it has plant-based ingredients so it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans which is always a plus. It provides a lightweight feel and does not feel heavy or thick like other brands. It has a nice blueberry scent and quickly absorbs into the skin. I like that it includes retinol, aloe vera and blueberry extract. I would recommend this but it is quite pricey and for a small bottle.
