These definitely help to control the blemish prone and oily skin types. I initially won a pot of this and used it alongside their mask but after having it kick my skin into the right gear I also let my daughter use them and I bought her more pots of it. I like that there is a science behind their formulation and while taking them it really does give hope, confidence and controlled skin flares to the person suffering the oily blemish prone skin. I can recommend them and they are great to use in conjunction with the Skin B5 Masque. After using these two products for myself and my daughter and seeing the helpful results, I went ahead and bought more of this brands products which complement each other in the control of the pimples/blemishes/flare ups. Ultimately my daughter had to go onto roaccutane down the track but this was a great start and it definitely helped to control the speed of which acne in my daughter was growing. I think it could prevent people with acne having to go on strong drugs like roaccutane in some cases, if they didn't get as hormonally-flared as what my daughter's did. This definitely helped to control and slow it down. Well worth a try if you are serious about combatting acne flare ups and oily skin.
