Your basic and affordable moisturiser
This isn't the most wowing moisturiser out there, but it is a good purchase for those looking for a somewhat easy-to-use product to incorporate into their daily skincare routine that delivers hydration and some basic skincare properties.
I like to use this moisturiser at night as I find it too heavy on my skin during the day.
The formula is similar to a lotion and is more lightweight than your traditional cream moisturiser. It has a lovely scent and goes on smoothly, however, the blend-ability isn't that great and I found that I have to blend it in for longer than my favourite moisturisers. But in saying that, it is easy to use, and found that it didn't break me out and I didn't wake up in an oily mess. It didn't improve the overall quality of my skin, just gave me some hydration.
This product, even though it says 'all skin types', it is more suitable for normal and combo skin types only. It will be too heavy and can cause breakouts on oily skin types and it isn't moisturising enough on drier skin types. The natural ingredients and scent could irritate sensitive skin types.
On my combo skin, it's just ok! I still will continue using it in my night routine until I find something better that fits my budget.
Beautiful smelling moisturiser.
I've been using the Sukin Signature Facial Moisturiser on my oily/normal pimple prone skin. It smells so inviting and I love using it. I have been using it morning, before makeup, with no problems, and night after serums etc. I have had no problems with stinging. The white cream feels and smells like it might be heavy but absorbs well. My skin stays hydrated all day. I can see myself purchasing this without hesitation (I originally got this from a goody bag). It comes in a 125ml bottle brown plastic bottle. Its paraben free, vegan, cruelty free and Australian made.
I didn't like it
I did not like this Sukin Facial Moisturiser. I have sensitive skin and it stung the area around my mouth and nose. It also has quite a strong fragrance to it. The moisturiser itself is quite runny and made my skin breakout and also quite oily. I wouldn't recommend this product if you have sensitive or oily skin or if you don't like a moisturiser that has a strong smell to it. It is very affordable but unfortunately it was a massive fail for me. I would be buying moisturiser again. I haven nothing against Sukin though as I use their facial cleansers daily as they are the best. And also their exfoliators are amazing.
Best I've found so far
Best moisturiser I've found. I have sensitive skin and that is both oily and dry and it works really well. Ive been using this moisturiser for a little over a month now and I can see a noticeable difference in my skin.
Good, non irritating moisturiser
This is a good basic moisturiser. I love that it doesn't irritate my skin as it doesn't contain any harsh chemicals. It has a pleasant natural scent, and absorbs well into the skin. I found that it wore well under makeup and applied nicely over a Serum. I also thought that it adequately provided moisture for my skin. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is it didn't transform my skin while using it. It just provided basic hydration without irritation. I would recommend this product to anyone that's looking for a natural moisturiser without the frills.
I am currently using this cream on my very reactive face and i am having good results. I haven't reacted to it which is a great first, i find it light and easy to apply. For the price it is a great addition to my skin care regime. Although it is very light so doesn't last as an all day moisturiser coif you tend to be really dry you may want to go with something a little thicker. But it does leave my skin looking hydrated and healthy which is great for anyone. It is also really convenient to be able to purchase it at the supermarket.
Sukin Facial Moisturiser contains goodies such as aloe vera, horsetail, burdock and nettle which work with rosehip, wheat germ, jojoba and avocado oil to hydrate the skin.
The moisturiser comes in a tinted bottle with a handy pump top dispenser containing 125 ml of product. It has a rich consistency with a pleasant creamy, fruity fragrance.
A little of this product goes a long way. Being rich, it's a moisturiser that I would typically save for Winter, but I haven't found it to to be too heavy in the warmer months when I normally would prefer something lighter.
The cream absorbs well into my skin without leaving any residue. It gives my skin adequate hydration during the day, relieving me of the tight feeling my dehydrated areas can sometimes feel throughout the day.
I have not experienced any adverse reactions, just soft, smooth skin.
The Sukin Facial moisturisers might be a no frills product, but it delivers what I want from a moisturiser at a budget friendly price.
Firstly, I LOVE the brand Sukin and their products.
I love that they have a range suitable for all types of skin and a large variety of products.
The Sukin Facial Moisturiser is completely natural, made in Australia, vegan and paraben and cruelty free and honestly the list goes on for how environmentally friendly it is! It makes you feel so good using it, not just physically on your skin, but morally as well!
I really like the packaging, it's pretty simple, but I do feel like simple can really make a statement. I'm proud to have my Sukin products on display! It comes in a pump bottle and it is easy to dispense the right amount, whether you only want a little or a lot of the product.
I use this moisturiser with the Sukin Foaming Facial Cleanser and it works really well for my skin, which is generally normal but has its sensitivities, dry moments, and oily moments - talk about temperamental! I definitely have clearer skin using this combination and it feels clean and smooth. The moisturiser feels very light and you don't need much to cover your face evenly, which means you get even more value! It absorbs nicely and doesn't leave your skin oily.
It smells really nice, but isn't overpowering, which works well for me. It is a very natural scent.
One thing to note when choosing this moisturiser as a daily go to is that it doesn't contain SPF. I use it at night, so for me this isn't an issue.
All in all, this is a fabulous product, which I buy regularly. I would highly recommend this affordable, natural, great working product.
I reckon this has to be one of the best natural skincare products on the market, given its price point and lovely formulation. It's a lovely texture, with a soothing and inoffensive scent, doesn't irritate the skin, and moisturises normal to dry skin effectively (I probably wouldn't use it if I were super oily or super dry, as it might not be a thick enough texture). I would definitely recommend to those in the market It also feels great to support an Aussie brand!
I really like this product, particularly because Sukin is great at being an all-natural, cruelty and paraben free, vegan brand. It smells great, goes on lightweight, and works really well as a good summertime moisturiser. In the winter months I tend to go for something a bit heavier duty to really help with any dryness, but for summer this is a great lightweight moisturiser, AND doesn't feel too oily.
Sukin Facial Moisturiser is a lightweight daily moisturiser. The fast absorbing formula deeply penetrates, providing hydration that softens and soothes the skin. The formula contains aloe vera, horsetail, nettle and burdock to soothe, while rosehip, wheat germ, jojoba and avocado oils promote healthy skin. Paraben free. Personally, I really like this moisturizer I use it as a makeup base and apply it every time after I've washed my face. I find that it does a really good job of putting moisture back into my skin and I love how the brand is so ethical. The only negative is the cream dries quickly on the bottle leaving a dried blob which can't be used. I recommend this! :))
i first found out about this product from my sister after commenting on how good her skin looked without makeup. She recommended it to me to use. The Sukin Facial Moisturiser feels so light on my skin. it dries quick once applied and does not leave an oily feel after i apply my makeup.
This is my go to daily moisturiser.
Good, ethical skincare for normal skin types.
I was first drawn to Skin because it was an ethical vegan brand, with affordable ranges for all skin types.
I bought this during summer, hoping it would be a great summer moisturiser for my dry dehydrated skin.
I found that this wasn't quite sufficient to moisturise my skin, however I still found that I needed an oil over the op. So I would recommend this for normal skin.
It's really good for sensitive, acne-prone skin. I didn't break out or turn red from this moisturiser, which is a great sign!
The pump is also super convenient - it keeps the moisturiser protected from oxidisation and getting bacteria in it.
Overall it's a good staple cream for normal skin - plus it smells amazing!
Sukin is my go-to brand! I use the facial foam cleanser day and night followed by the Sukin moisturiser. I have acne prone skin with blackheads and large pores and this is the best moisturiser I have found for my skin concerns. It leaves my skin soft, without being oily or greasy and my hubby even uses it to!
This moisturiser is fine. It's nothing special, but it does the job. I have oily skin so need something more mattifying, but this is fine for me to use of I run out of my usual moisturiser.
I don't find that this makes me break out, but I also don't think it does much to improve my skin.
I would recommend this to anyone with dryer skin wanting a simple product
I received this as part of a Priceline sample bag. I liked it enough to use up, but not to repurchase. It is light in texture and dries to a matte finish. I personally didn't find it hydrating or emollient enough for my dry sensitive skin. However it would be excellent for anyone with oily skin or those who are after a natural light moisturiser. A good basic option.
This facial moisturiser by Sukin is suitable for any and all skin types.
The texture is between a light and thick texture. It's very moisturising on my face.
The fragrance of this moisturiser smells very lovely, it smells very botanical and natural.
I squeeze only a small amount and it covers my whole face.
I use it both day and night.
It's a great all-rounder and best of all, it's very affordable.
Very affordable, natural, everyday moisture without any harmful ingredients. Very lightweight in texture with a beautiful scent, but I find it is not moisturising enough during the winter months. Ideal for summer months for those with very dry skin, but it does not have any SPF.
I have tried both the sensitive version of this moisturiser since I was given the sensitive version as a gift, but I did not find the normal version to be irritating, so not a significant difference was experienced.
I love Sukin products and swear by their shampoo and body lotions as it is very suitable for all skin types. For the price and benefits of it being all natural/organic/Australian owned, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a basic moisturiser without SPF.
While this is not my favourite facial moisturizer, it is the product I use when I travel because it packed in a light weight container, can easily be used as a body moisturizer, is affordable and easily replaced and can be pumped into a small plastic container for use on the plane or to toss in a handbag. The pump bottle itself travels well as well though due to the locking mechanism that stops it accidentally pumping out all over everything if your luggage gets a few bumps. The scent is inoffensive and it's a local, natural, relatively environmentally friendly product with minimal packaging wastage. I keep it in my travel pack and am always glad I brought it.
This Sukin moisturiser is my absolute holy grail! I use it everyday and always repurchase it, especially at such an affordable price. It has done wonders for my dry skin, it leaves my skin feeling soft and giving it a nice dewy look. The consistency is very creamy and a small amount will go a long way. There is a subtle natural scent to it which I find really refreshing.
I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone, especially those with dry and sensitive skin.
