Trilogy Vital Moisturising Cream

This moisturiser is seriously good. I have combination skin but I’ve definitely noticed my skin getting dryer as I age so I need a good hydrating moisturiser. The consistency is nice and rich and feels beautiful when applied. It is the best moisturiser I’ve ever used and it’s made with natural ingredients. It really makes my skin look and feel better. It hydrates but is not oily or greasy and it layers well with sunscreen and makeup. I don’t have many must have products in my beauty routine but Trilogy’s Vital Moisturising Cream is one of them!

Good basic moisturizer for those that do not need correction, just a good natural based cream that will prevent skin from drying out. My skin is oily to combo with very big pores, mid aged. So I tend to use only light serums as part of my skincare, that are packfull with potent actives for pigmentation and line prevention. Rarely using moisturizers as I find they do not correct anything. And otherwise my skin already is producing oils and is hydrated enough.  I got  2 15mL tubes of this cream to try and mostly used them overnight , layered up as a mask after using strong acid, retinols etc.  Scent is herbally rose (trilogy typical), light. Cream is full of oils, still does not feel too oily. Does feel like a coating  on my skin. But again, any moisturizer does. My skin is rested when using it and RO from trilogy when the skin needs a break. I received this in a prize pack of Trilogy products and it has been amazing. Each product has been exceptional and this moisturiser is no different. I have always been on the look out  for a moisturiser that suits my skin without being too oily or too drying. This is PERFECT! A lovely , non greasy cream with a lovely aroma. It doesn't leave a greasy residue and leaves my skin feeling hydrated all day. I've found even after a busy day my skin still remains dewy and hydrated rather than oily or sweaty. My skin has also been so soft and bright using this moisturiser. I am a huge fan all round. The packaging is a gorgeous amber screw top container with a black paddle/stick applicator so you don't dip your fingers in and ruin the product. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is after a moisturiser that hydrates without that greasy, oily feeling. Love it.

I received a generous sample/travel size of this moisturiser, which came in a 20mL and gave me the opportunity to really try it out. The first thing I noticed about this moisturiser is that it does seem to have a strong rose, herbal scent which I found too overpowering for me, and it seemed to linger throughout the whole night. The texture isn't too rich, heavy or greasy, however I find it doesn't absorb too well into my skin and can actually leave a slight white residue on the surface of my skin. Apart from that it does nourish and moisturiser the skin well, and left my skin feeling soft in the morning even after cleansing. I find this moisturiser is too rich for my combination skin to use in summer, but I think it would be better during the winter months when my cheeks get really dry and need that extra nourishment. One thing I dislike though is that the full sized product comes in a jar, and I don't often like using creams in jars, as I don't find this packaging keeps the cream stable and fresh. Overall, I think this moisturiser's rich texture would be best for dry - very dry skin.

My skin absolutely loves the Vital Moisturising Cream from Trilogy! It is a beautiful lightweight moisturiser that is quickly absorbed into my skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. It does not feel sticky or greasy on my skin, just nurturing. The ingredients are amazing too as it contains sweet almond oil, evening primrose oil, organic rosehip seed oil, jojoba seed oil, cranberry seed oil, acai fruit oil, marula seed oil and orange flower oil. I love the scent that all these lovely, natural ingredients create - it is herbal and sweet without being overpowering.  Overall, this is a great natural daily moisturiser that would suit many different skin types.

I started my journey of using natural beauty products few years ago when I discovered this brand and the TRILOGY Vital Moisturising Cream was the first product I tried. This moisturising cream is faultless. The cream has a thick texture but spreads thinly and absorbs fair quickly onto my skin without any residues sticking onto my pillow. I was able to use this cream all year around, during summer I apply a thin layer day and night and during winter I apply a thicker layer at night as an overnight mask. After using a jar, I can definitely see improvement with dryness on my skin.

Trilogy Vital Moisturing cream is my skin saviour. Having very dry skin, I struggle to find a good moisturiser that is nourishing yet light.  This Moisturiser contains rosehip oil which is really benifical to my dry skin. A little goes a long way with this cream. It absorbs quite quickly into the skin and doesnt leave any oily residue. I love the faint smell of the rose hip oil too. I apply the cream of a night time to both my face and neck in a upward motion and by the morning my skin feels so soft and moisturised, which lasts all day - Great for our Aussie Climate. It's all natural and cruelty free too which makes Trilogy Vital Moisturising Cream even better! - Give it a try, you won't regret it ! 

This cream leaves my skin feeling soft and silky and improves the overall look unlike other creams that leave my skin looking tired and flat. Not only is it made from high quality ingredients but also offers value for money.  It is my go to skin revival cream every time. 

I discovered the Trilogy brand in the last year or so, after first trying their gorgeous cleansing balm and have really enjoyed using this natural New Zealand range. I find myself turning more towards products using natural, plant-based ingredients, partly because they are less aggressive on my dry skin and also because they are usually cruelty-free. Trilogy ticks both these boxes - and lots of others besides! Their Vital Moisturising Cream is a rich and fairly thick moisturiser, containing rosapene and marula, that feels like it is deeply nourishing my skin, but is still light enough to absorb quite quickly. The scent of rosehip oil – the main ingredient of rosapene  – and the background scent of sweet almond oil, provide some aromatherapy as well as nourishing and hydrating my skin as I smooth it on and pat gently into my face and neck. I usually apply some extra on the drier areas around my nose and mouth, especially at night. The best test of effectiveness? To wake up the next morning and find my skin as soft and plump as when I went to bed. This moisturising cream passed that test with flying colours! I LOVE that Trilogy enclose a palette stick to apply the cream. This is so much more hygienic , easier to apply and adds to the luxe feel of the product. This is not a cheap moisturiser, at $41.95 for 60 mls, but it is on a par with others, and the use of glass packaging, rather than plastic, and the use of exclusively natural ingredients makes for a high quality product – which does not come cheap. Even better, I only need a small amount to fully moisturise my face so I expect to get good use out of my (recyclable) glass jar!

I am a huge fan of natural skincare with Trilogy being top of the list of my favourite brands ever(tied with Kora, dont make me choose!),so when I was in need of a new moisturiser a few winters ag , this is the one I ended up taking home to try. I was already a regular user of the Trilogy rosehip oil and found it quite hydrating alone but wanted something more as there's bound to be more benefits to skin with additional vitamin rich natural ingredients-and this moisturiser has an abundance-evening primrose, tomato seed , carrot, cranberry and acai oils and aloe vera to name just a few. The moisturiser comes sealed in a cardboard box and contains a generous 60ml glass jar with black twist off lid and also a cute mini plastic spatula to dispense the product. The moisturiser is a rich,thick white cream with a lovely citrus/herbal scent that is quite lovely and calming. I use this after cleansing in the morning mixed with a little rosehip oil. It soaks into skin well leaving my skin feeling hydrated and silky smooth. I find it doesn't interfere with my sunscreen or makeup application at all, no weird balling or caking like some other moisturisers tend to do when combined with my other regular products. This one actually creates a nice,smooth primer like surface on my skin that makes makeup apply over it even more evenly. This keeps my skin hydrated and smoothes out fine lines whilst leaving skin soft to touch .Quite happy with this as a day or night cream as it works well for both. My skin is quite sensitive and prone to congestion but I have had no issues at all with this product after regular use for 5 months. Another fantastic product from the ever amazing Trilogy. I would recommend this for all skin types as it is thick enough for drier skin, whilst being lightweight enough for those more prone to congestion. Plus with the all natural ingredients, its safe for even the most sensitive of skin !

I finally have a scincare routine that doesn’t make me flare up. I love this cream. It’s thick but spreads well and doesn’t feel it when put on your face. I use it morning and night with the trilogy cleanser and My skin bas never looked healthier.

I am a huge fan of trilogy products and have used many with great success. This vital moisturising cream is all natural which is great for my sensitive skin. It’s super silky and luxurious and glides over skin with ease, sinking straight in for a light silky feel that is non greasy. I love to use this cream morning and night for best results. This cream is super hydrating and fades the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles and I always notice a difference in the brightness of my skin, it looks more radiant and the appearance of pores is also lessened. It contains rosapene, Marula and orange flower for hydration and nourishment. It’s a little more expensive than some creams but the jar is generous and I find I don’t need a lot. The packaging is modern and classy so would even make a lovely gift. This trilogy vital moisturising cream is a winner for me and I would thoroughly recommend it, especially for fine lines and those with sensitive skin.
