ulta3 Nail Care - Base Coat

This is a great budget friendly base coat that makes a perfect base for my polish. Priced at under $4 it’s great value for money. It prevents yellowing which I hate on nails and gives a nice flattering glossy finish. A few swipes is all I need for coverage and it dries really quickly ready for nail polish application. It makes polish last longer which I love, especially if I use a top coat as well, and at this price I can use it all the time, even on its own it I do t want colour, just for protection and a nice shine. A great product from ultra3 that I would buy again
