I think this is a good moisturiser if you're just looking for hydration and a non-greasy, daytime / lightweight moisturiser. However, it contains quite a few ingredients that can be irritating for some people, and it makes my skin go red and feel a bit tingly.  I do like the packaging, Burt's Bees always has high quality and durable packaging.
