COVERGIRL Brow & Eyemakers Pencil

I am really not a fan of this brow product - I believe there are such better products available though, if being honest, they will cost you more. This product lacks the creaminess and ease of application you'd get from a powder or waxy-based product. Save your money and put it towards something else.

I keep buying eyebrow pencils from different brands to try them and see how well suited they are to my skin and my application techniques. This is a very affordable and easy to use brow pencil. It is a smaller size than I normally use, but it is easy to hold and to define my brows. I can draw fine hairs when I keep this pencil sharpened to a fine point. I have also bought another one of these pencils to use as an eye liner. This pencil applies easily and glides onto my skin and doesn't tug or pull on my skin. It is non irritating on my eyes and is easy to remove with an eye makeup remover soaked on a cotton pad. It is soft and slightly creamy so it doesn't feel difficult to apply onto my skin. Pros: very low priced, easy to define and highlight brows, can be used on eyes as well as an eyeliner Cons: can smudge a bit after few hours Tip: I suggest to buy a separate pencil of the same kind and use it separately for your eyes just so that you have a separate pencil for your brows and a separate pencil for your eyes. Keep the pencil sharpened to a fine point so that you can achieve the best results. Recommendation: I recommend this low priced eyebrow and eye liner pencil for anyone who wants an easy to use pencil which provides good definition to the features.
