COVERGIRL Full Lash Bloom Mascara

I bought this as part of my supermarket shop in the 'tres noir' (very black) waterproof version. It comes in a hot pink plastic stubby tube. The bristles are different to the typical bottle brush type bristles. These are more like stiff comb like bristles which make it great for lengthening lashes. Unfortunately I need something to both lengthen and add volume. The good thing about the bristles is that even though the mascara can get a bit clumpy the brush is good at brushing the clumps out. I usually do purchase waterproof versions of mascaras and found this very difficult to remove at the end of the day. I normally can use micellar water to remove mascara however found it to leave residue and not fully clean away the mascara and is better suited to an oil based dedicated waterproof eye dedicated remover. Even though the mascara is waterproof, I still did find I would get panda eyes in the afternoon, though I still have yet to find one that doesn't on me...! Overall, good basic mascara but I wouldn't purchase again as I do find the brush a bit prickly on my eyes and would like something to volumise as well as lengthen lashes.

This mascara is great quality for a drugstore mascara. It applies really well, the brush is the perfect size to coat lashes evenly and seperate each individual lash. The formula is nice, it's a mousse like texture that doesnt flake off during the day. I think this is a fantastic mascara considering the price, as well as the fact that it's often on sale at priceline.

Best drugstore mascara, lasts well and doesn't clump or run!!! It lasts all day and gives a fuller effect, it's perfect if you want a more natural lash look and nothing too dramatic but still noticeably better lashes! I highly recommended this product to anyone who wants a new favourite mascara!

This is a gorgeous mascara for a great price. This leaves my lashes looking so much longer and curls beautifully with a great brush. It deposits just the right amount of mascara so its not clumpy and gives a lovely even coat, my lashes look thicker and lusher. A divine mascara for long lashes

I really do enjoy this mascara, only one in my kit currently. Works like a charm on making my eyelashes look fabulous!

I honestly love this mascara, I have straight eyelashes and every time I curl my eyelashes, it's very hard to find a mascara that will keep my lashes cutled all day and this one does the trick. It keeps them curled all day and my eyelashes look very long. I definitely recommend it!
