L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Serum

I've been using the L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Advanced Restoring Serum for a while now. This serum is designed for mature, dull skin in the 50-70 age range so I fit this profile quite well. The serum is of a medium consistency with a silky smooth texture. The beautiful fragrance is quite strong which doesn't bother me because I don't mind a fragrance in skincare, but once I've applied the serum I can't smell it at all. The velvety smooth serum absorbs into my skin very easily and isn't at all sticky or greasy so I don't have to wait any longer than I usually do before applying my day or night moisturiser I only need a small amount of the serum to cover my entire face and neck because the serum glides on so smoothly. The serum feels very light and silky on my skin. I like the way the serum and the day and night creams in this range work together to make my skin look more revitalised.

I am in my early 50's, and decided to try a skincare regime especially formulated for  my age group.  Having used L'Oreal skincare products with great results in the past, I chose the Age Perfect range. I have been using this serum with the matching Age Perfect Day & Night Creams. The serum comes boxed with details of ingredients, benefits & how to optimise using it, and is a generous 30mls size. It is housed in a very elegant glass jar with a gold lid, & features a pump dispenser. It looks very stylish in the bathroom cabinet. The bottle is see-through, which is a great idea. It lets you both see the product & how much you have left. The serum is a cream colour with subtle gold shimmer through it. It is much less fragranced than the matching moisturisers, though if you are sensitive to fragrance, it may not suit you. I love the silky smooth texture of this serum. Pumping out 4 small dollops is enough to cover my face & neck areas. It feels really delightful on my skin. I do need to let it sink in properly for a couple of minutes before applying my moisturiser. I have been delighted with my skin from following this regime & recommend it to the 50+ age group - as long as you aren't sensitive to fragrance!
