For a drugstore contour and conceal kit this is very average, despite the name it does not live up to the expectation at all. There isn't a great shade range as it only caters to light to medium skin tones, it is quite hard to blend and the highlighter in the kit can't really be called a highlighter. It may be suitable as a touch up kit to have for emergencies but that is about all i would suggest for its use.
I love rimmel London products, they do a great foundation, this Insta conceal and contour is perfect for highlighting, contouring and correcting. I really liked it. The palette comes with three different tones to highlight correct and conceal for a flawless finish, it hides my imperfections perfectly. The concealer are a really creamy consistency so give a Dewey finish, not at all drying or cakey, it delivers a totally natural look and blends well. I love the addition of a small mirror for touchups and the palette fits perfectly in my makeup bag. Easy to use, I just blend a little of whatever colour I need with my finger, the pigment is a high quality which is great considering the price of $19.00 is reasonable. I find this lasts quite well with minimum touchups as it's not oily do this is a plus for me and the matte finish is a winner as it looks natural, overall I loved this product and would recommend it.
As the name suggests, the Rimmel London Insta Conceal & Contour palette combines two makeup essentials, concealing and contouring. I do not wear much makeup usually, and I am absolutely loving the natural/minimalistic/dewy look at the moment, so I decided to pick up this product in the hopes that it would streamline my daily makeup bag contents.   The palette comes in three shades: light, medium, and dark. I wear Estee Lauder Double Wear in the shade desert beige (2N1), and opted for the light palette. The tones match my skin really well, so if you have fairer skin with neutral undertones I would recommend this shade for you.   The palette contains three creams: a highlighter, a concealer, and a contour, and comes in simple latch-style packaging with a small mirror included. The texture of the creams is super creamy, and the pigment is surprisingly good considering the price tag. Each of the creams blend out really well using either a damp beauty blender or just the pad of your finger.   The performance and longevity of the product is where it slips compared to more expensive brands. Personally, I find the concealer is not ideal for covering anything more than small blemishes, and it does not hide my dark under-eye circles as much as I would like. (For anyone with dark circles I recently tried the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Concealer and was really happy with the performance, even compared to high-end concealers I have tried). I also find the coverage is a little difficult to build.  The highlight, for me, is more of a lighter concealer than a highlighter. The cream has no shimmer/illuminating properties, so I find it rather useless as a highlighter. I have started using it on the inner corner of my eye and below my eyebrow for contrast, but this is mainly because I hate wasting product and am trying to find a use for it. The contour on the other hand is really beautiful. I find it the perfect tone to give my skin that slight sun-kissed glow and it is easily my favourite cream in the palette. Each of the creams last okay throughout the work day, but there are signs of wear and tear by the time I get home and I definitely wouldn't recommend using this product if you plan on getting sweaty. In saying that, they might perform better if set with a powder, but I don't like the matte look so that isn't an option for me.   All in all, I would only recommend this product to someone looking for an affordable and space-convenient conceal/contour option for everyday use. The quality just isn’t there compared to slightly more expensive brands, and due to this I wouldn’t repurchase myself as I don’t think it provides value for money..   PROS: affordable, convenient, shades for light-dark skin tones, blendable, mirror included. CONS: difficult to build, poor coverage, no shimmer/glow in highlighter, poor longevity.
