Plus, the beauty products she reaches for on the daily

As if her luscious brunette locks weren’t enough to envy Aussie actress, model, mum and Gillette Venus ambassador Pia Miller, there’s also her impeccable olive complexion and uber fit physique. While good genes obviously play a part in her whole-package beauty, when we were given the chance to ask Pia a couple of questions, we were desperate to know her top beauty secrets. Here goes…

What defines beauty for you?
I think beauty really shines when you’re feeling happy and confident in your own skin. I like to keep things simple—a positive attitude, a healthy all-over glow and smooth skin is a pretty good start.

What’s your everyday routine?
When it comes to my face, fresh skin is a must. I always like to start off with a sun-smart moisturiser, followed by a dusting of bronzer for that sun-kissed glow, and a touch of luminiser. I always curl my eyelashes and apply some mascara—that’s my thing! I keep my hair loose and natural.

What’s your warm-weather beauty prep?
It’s all about smooth and radiant skin, and I try to hydrate and moisturise regularly. I like to do a gentle [body] exfoliation and then I use the Venus ComfortGlide for a close and comfortable shave. I also like to use a good hair mask once a week to keep my locks smooth and sleek, swap lipstick for a hydrating lip balm and apply a light tinted moisturiser with SPF to keep my look fresh-faced and dewy.

What’s your fitness approach?
I lead a really active lifestyle with my boys, we’re either at the beach playing in the water or running around kicking a footy. I also love yoga. I don’t get to classes as much as I’d like so I actually keep a yoga mat in my dressing room and take advantage of a quick session in between filming commitments.

What does your day on a plate look like?
I love coffee—I’m not great without it! At the moment I love this yummy gourmet porridge that I make. I’ll go to a local cafe and get a salad and I always have an avocado, macadamias and almonds on hand. Dinner depends on what the boys feel like—usually it’s Mexican.
