Selena Gomez shows off her new ‘do at NYFW

And we’re big fans

Selena Gomez has a new ‘do and we’re totally digging it.

After rocking a choppy blonde lob since late last year, it seems Selena is going back to her signature long locks thanks to the magic of hair extensions.

She unveiled the brand new look at the Coach runway show during New York Fashion Week (she’s one of the brand’s ambassadors) on Tuesday. Teamed with a floral maxi dress and leather jacket, she kept her makeup simple with nude lips and winged eyeliner. Her new hairstyle was definitely the star of the show.

She styled her new waist-length brunette locks in soft waves, and sported basically the most perfect set of long wispy bangs we ever did see. Eat your heart out Brigitte Bardot!

Feel like you’ve seen her rock a similar look before? That’s because it’s almost identical (minus the bangs) to her back-in-the-day hairstyle from the mid-2000s. Natural with a subtle wave, it’s totally feminine and actually makes her look *even* younger.

This is not the first time Selena has us drooling over her new hairstyle. Last year she surprised fans by chopping off her signature locks into a stylish new bob, before cutting it even shorter months later.

Now we wait and prepare for the onslaught of ‘70s-style bangs from others wanting to follow her lead (*raises hand*).

If you’re thinking about getting a fringe, here are six things you should think about before you go for the chop.
