Here’s what our Review Crew® had to say about this antibacterial cleanser

The product

When you’re struggling with blemish-prone skin, it can be tempting to grab *all* of the strongest acne-fighting products you can find and throw everything at it.

But, if you’re using products containing strong chemicals, often what happens is you’ll aggravate your skin even more, strip it of oils (which can in turn cause it to produce MORE oil!) and just end up in an all-around bad situation.

We’ve discovered a product that will fight breakouts, naturally, without the use of harsh chemicals.

Sukin’s Blemish Control Clearing Facial Wash is formulated with a heap of natural ingredients known for their breakout-fighting qualities, including eucalyptus and tea tree oils. It also contains pomegranate to help balance congested skin.

Sounds pretty great, right? So what did our Review Crew® think of it?

Our panel of Review Crew® testers put this product to the test.

The panel

Beauty Crew sent the Sukin Blemish Control Clearing Facial Wash and Sukin Blemish Control Spot Banishing Gel to a panel of women aged between 15 and 35 years old who were searching for products to help their combination/acne-prone skin.

The lowdown

Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about the Sukin Blemish Control Clearing Facial Wash.

How well the face wash worked to treat blemishes: Members noticed that soon after starting using the product, their skin began to clear up. Some members reported that even after just one to two weeks, they were already seeing a big reduction in blemishes.

How the cleanser cared for the skin: Some of the panel commented that they were initially wary of the facial wash due to having prior issues with similar products. They were excited to discover that this product fought blemishes without irritating their skin, and their complexions were left less red following use.

The natural formulation of the wash: Many members of the panel commented on how delighted they were to find that the wash was formulated with natural ingredients and loved that it was possible to fight blemishes without the use of nasty chemicals.

The verdict

“I found this foaming cleanser to be a great one for my congested combination/oily skin. This cleanser didn’t have a strong smell and worked well with my skin type (no tingling or any sensations), my skin felt clean and fresh after every wash. I did see a significant reduction in congestion and my oily T-zone became balanced, which was great for the days I wore makeup for long periods of time.”

“What a great cleanser! It has an amazing scent, but not overpowering. It removes all kinds of makeup and dirt without drying out my skin or stinging my eyes. It leaves your skin feeling very clean and soft. I have been using it every day and have found it great as a daily cleanser.”
