The Parcel is an all new sampling service whereby Australia’s most trusted magazines collate the best and latest in beauty and cosmetics. It will feel like the magazine’s pages coming to life in your hands with products selected for you by the editors.
Each season, you’ll receive deluxe mini- or full-sized samples of must-try products from a variety of well-known and niche brands. Curated for you by the beauty experts and delivered to your door.

The items in The Parcel are a surprise! Each season, the beauty editors of Australia’s most loved magazines will curate each Parcel, selecting a mix of deluxe new release and cult samples from leading beauty brands
Is The Parcel customised for me?
Whilst the beauty samples in The Parcel are sent to everyone, these products are chosen carefully to ensure that they’ll work for a wide range of complexions as well as a variety of hair and skin types.
How do I get more information on how to use the samples?
In each Parcel you’ll receive information on each product as well as advice on how to use them.
How is The Parcel delivered?
Your Parcel is delivered via Australia Post eParcel. You will receive a notification email from us when we dispatch your Parcel, which will contain a tracking number. This tracking number can be entered into Australia Post’s tracking portal so you can track your Parcel.
How can I change my payment method?
If you’d like to change your payment method, please contact us via phone 1300 112 296 or send us a message via Contact Us and we will send you instructions.
When do you process payment for The Parcel?
Your initial payment for your first Parcel is processed on the same day you join The Parcel. All future, recurring payments are processed on the first day of each period without you having to manually do anything. For information on payment dates of The Parcel go to Key Dates.
How do I change my address?
If you’d like to change your account details, including your delivery address, please contact us via phone 1300 112 296 or send us a message via Contact Us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the subscription term.
Reoccurring subscriptions may be cancelled 14 days before the delivery of the next Parcel. For information on delivery dates of The Parcel go to Key Dates. To make a cancellation request please contact us via phone 1300 112 296 or send us a message via Contact Us. Given our required notice period, if you cancel within 14 days of the delivery of the next Parcel, your cancellation will take affect from the following Parcel.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently The Parcel is only available to residents of Australia.
