A look back at Lara Worthington’s hair evolution
Believe it or not, she’s rocked a whole lot more than a textured lob

While we’ve already compiled a gallery on Lara Worthington’s best beauty looks over the years, we thought her incredible hair and all the transformations it has undergone was worthy of its very own spotlight. From the voluminous half-ponytail she rocked in 2006 to her now-signature textured lob, we take a stroll down memory lane and reminisce on the Aussie It girl’s most iconic hair looks.
Bouncy waves and plenty of volume, all pulled back into a high half-ponytail and accessorised with a tiny bow; Lara nailed the early 2000s hair brief with this look at the 2006 Australian Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
Lara was messy hair goals at the Coco Avant Chanel Australian Premiere.
No doubt the inspiration behind your own ombré hair colour circa 2011, Lara’s dirty blonde hair with sun-kissed ends were the perfect complement to her bronzed tan and blue eyes.
While still on the ombré bandwagon, Lara opted for a fresher version of the hair trend with almost-platinum strands and more natural dark blonde roots.
The following year Lara changed her hair colour again. She replaced her bleached blonde locks with this sophisticated golden honey hue.
Lara switched up her regular middle part at the 3rd Annual AACTA Awards, opting for this pushed-back bombshell look.
And so the textured bob was born!
Over the past few years, Lara has kept her hair at relatively the same length, choosing to instead subtly change her colour and style. This look at Tiffany & Co’s Hardwear Collection launch is one of our personal favourites!
While her signature short hair has stayed the same, Lara is now sporting significantly warmer lengths, with a hint of golden blonde throughout the ends.
