I'm in New York with TRESemmé for Fashion Week - check in daily for my updates on the beauty looks from backstage, my hair highlights from the shows, and how I'm surviving the cold.

After days of freezing temperatures, it FINALLY snowed!

Side twists at Herve Leger
Orlando Pita add side twists to wavy, textured hair for a very cool result. We think this look's a winner for Sunday brunches!
Despite the sunny day, the temps were absolutely freezing!
Fun fact: When you factor in wind chill, -11 degrees celsius, feels like -24.

Iconic looks brought to 2016 at A Moi
Chris Naselli, TRESemmé Ambassador for NYFW, gives hair looks from the 50s, 60s and 70s a modern twist.
Avo smash on toast found!
While this is considered the status quo in Australian cafes, it's actually a pretty rare commodity in New York!
The TRESemmé hair studio
A proper hair salon right in the middle of Fashion Week - brilliant!
Effortless waves at BCBG Max Azria
Orlando Pita, TRESemmé Hair Director for NYFW, creates the perfect 'I woke up like this' do.
Good hair day at Central Park
I couldn't spend another minute with my flat, greasy airplane hair, so I gave it a good wash with TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Shampoo and Conditioner, quickly added a few waves with my curling wand, then finished it off with TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Dry Defining Spray. And it stayed like this all day - despite the cold and wind!
Hello New York!
The Big Apple is looking as beautiful as ever.
A warm welcome
When you arrive at your hotel at 4 a.m. and you don't know if you're more excited about bed or the amazing TRESemmé care package sitting on it.
A not-so-quick layover in L.A. calls for one thing: In-N-Out burger.
My travel essentials
A few of my travel must-haves (clockwise from top-left):
Stem Organics Hydrating Face Fluid, to keep my skin sufficiently hydrated in the cold.
MAC Lip Conditioner, because my lips will definitely need some TLC, too.
L'Oréal Colour Riche Lipstick in 461, because I cannot travel without the perfect red lipstick.
TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Dry Defining Spray, because I need something up my sleeve if I'm competing with runway models.
IT Cosmetics Brow Power Super Skinny, because grooming my brows is my life.
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Beige, for a glowing sun-kissed complexion in the middle of New York winter.
Not pictured: About four more kilos of beauty products.
