Emma Watson's stunning Beauty & The Beast inspired hairstyles
The actress has been channelling Belle on the red carpet

Emma Watson has been jetsetting around the world for the global premieres of her latest movie Beauty & The Beast. And it seems Emma has found plenty of beauty inspiration from her character Belle - her red carpet hairstyles have been very elegant and elaborate, which is a far cry from her frizzy hair days as Hermione in the Harry Potter series. These are our favourite looks from the star's press tour.
Twisted braid updo
Chanelling a little bit of Princess Leia with a regal sophistication, this hairstyle looks like it's braided, but is really a series of twists pinned in a backwards crown. It was the perfect complement to the royal-inspired gown she paired with this hairstyle on the red carpet in London.
The softly tousled hairstyle Emma wore to the Shanghai premiere was simple yet elegant and showed off her balayage to perfection. She finished off her glamorous look with a cherry red lipstick and a rosy glow on her cheeks.
The ear bling and brushed back details gave Emma an edgier vibe that still managed to look feminine thanks to her wispy fly-aways, manicured updo and makeup (and brows!) that were right on point.
Straight & flicked
This hairstyle may look simple, but it doesn't hold back on impact. Emma has added interest to her straight lob with a pronounced flick at the ends, and a few strands tucked behind her ear. Special mention goes to the beautiful combination of the rich pink hue on her lips and cheeks, which gives her porcelain complexion warmth and radiance.
Gold embellished updo
This is hands down our favourite hairstyle from Emma's Beauty & The Beast press tour. The intricate weaving of gold hairpieces throughout her messy yet done updo is stunning. We also love her winged eyeliner outline look, which draws attention to her eyes without being too bold.
The mix of the deep side part, volume around the roots and ends that flick in towards the face all work together to frame Emma's face beautifully.
This hairstyle is a new look for the actress, and one that we love! While it may seem unassuming from the front, the back view reveals an edgy double knotted updo that is a breeze to re-create. The secret is the added height at the crown to ensure the front still stands out.
