Makeup tip wise, Tookes is big on colour correcting, as she finds it helps to make her concealer look brighter and of course, combats uneven tones. As for hitting the pigmentation where it actually stems from, she incorporates a red light therapy mask into her night-time wind-down routine. She feels that if she’s had any blemishes pop up the red light will help to calm down any of that pesky post-blemish hyperpigmentation. 

Tookes is a girl after our own hearts, ensuring maximum sun safety by bringing her sunscreen and sunglasses with her when she leaves the house. Because what? Reapplying often is a must. As for her other handbag essentials, she won’t leave home without her lip balm and her incredibly luxurious Chanel La Crème Main ($102 at Myer) (because it smells good and looks chic, duh) .
