Laura Harrier carries 6 different lip products in her everyday handbag

Celebrities, they're makeup hoarders just like us

Ever watched a celeb reveal their must-have handbag products, and thought to yourself "but why isn’t your bag a lip product graveyard like mine?” Well, apparently so has Laura Harrier.

The Hollywood star decided to empty out her own bag in the name of makeup hoarding transparency, and wasn’t afraid to admit that the lip collection she carries around on the daily is rather extensive.

“So you guys know those ‘what’s in my bag’ things where people always talk about, like, their gratitude journals and their rose quartzes, and all these things that are in their purses? I was just cleaning up my bag and laughing about what’s in it, so I’m gonna show you,” she explained via a TikTok video.

Our biggest takeaway? That her bag contains, as Harrier herself put it, “one, two, three, four, five various lip products.” And that was before she found a sneaky sixth…

Here are the lip products Harrier carries in her handbag – we’re guessing you’ll want one of each…

Laura Harrier’s favourite lip colours

Because we pride ourselves on guessing lipsticks based on a single glimpse, we’ve done our best to identify all of Harrier’s fave formulas. She only flashed them to the camera quickly, but we’re pretty confident in our calls...

First, Harrier pulled out a hydrating neccessity, the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Levres Moisturising Balm ($18.45 at La Roche-Posay). Next came a buy from Hailey Bieber’s brand, namely the Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment ($23.91 at Rhode). Up third was the Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil ($62 at Dior) in the gorgeously glossy ‘Cherry’ shade.

Fourth? Sure looked like the Chanel Rouge Allure Laque Ultrawear Shine Liquid Lip Colour ($65 at David Jones) to us! Unfortunately, the packaging means the shade wasn’t clear – devastating, we know. And fifth, Harrier revealed a tube of Charlotte Tilbury Magic Lip Oil ($56 at Charlotte Tilbury).

She went on to unpack the rest of her bag’s contents before stumbling upon one other lip product. “[I also have] a lip liner, this is a really good colour by the way, it’s called ‘Limitless Brown’,” she shared of her go-to, the Make Up For Ever Artist Color Pencil in ‘Limitless Brown’ ($35 at Sephora).

Commenters were quick to make her feel seen: “being a woman is having 6 “just in case” lip products only to never use them,” one follower wrote. Another one had nothing but respect: “Lol I’m obsessed with the amount of lippies you have in there."

As are we! Harrier has curated quite a strong lippy lineup, and honestly, we respect the range she’s showing. She’s got every kind of finish and formula covered, with a clear oil, a tinted oil, a treatment, a balm, a liquid lipstick, and a lip liner. Colour? Care? She’s genuinely got it all. Her lips are really ready for anything.
