Here’s what our Review Crew® thought of the lightweight mineral foundation
As the summer months creep closer and the temperature rises, many of us are opting for lighter coverage foundations that not only provide a healthy dose of SPF, but also feel as though we’re not wearing anything at all. If you’d like to do the same then try L’Oréal Paris’ newest foundation offering: True Match Mineral Foundation. It has an SPF of 20 and promises to provide a lightweight yet buildable coverage, all while improving the quality of the skin underneath.
Our Review Crew® put the new mineral foundation to the test, and here’s what they had to say about their trial experience.
We sent L’Oréal Paris True Match Mineral Foundation to a panel of women aged between 25-34 who were looking for a lightweight mineral foundation that had been specifically formulated to improve the quality of skin.
Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about the L’Oréal Paris True Match Mineral Foundation:
How lightweight the formula was: Many reviewers were pleased with how lightweight the mineral foundation powder was, while still being able to cover blemishes, redness and other imperfections. Others also mentioned how effectively the formula could be built up to provide a fuller coverage.
How smoothly the foundation applied: Testers were impressed with how smoothly the powder blended into the skin without settling into any fine lines and wrinkles or clinging to dry patches.
How it didn’t irritate sensitive skin: Reviewers also commented on how the mineral foundation suited their sensitive skin and didn’t irritate it like other foundations had in the past.
Good to know: Some testers did have issues with the bulky packaging, with some wishing it came with a brush in the lid for on-the-go applications.
