Our reviewers put the long-lasting Maybelline foundation to the test
Foundation is an essential step for creating a flawless base, especially one that can withstand heat, sweat, and humidity.
We selected a group of women from the Review Crew® panel with a range of skin tones and types to try Maybelline’s long-lasting foundation, Superstay 24HR Makeup, to see if it really did live up to its claims.
The Review Crew® verdict:
After trialling the foundation, the Review Crew® were pleased with the foundation's staying power, with many stating that it stayed put for several hours.
While members raved about its natural-looking finish, some did mention that the foundation was hard to blend, especially around uneven areas like the nose.
Those that previously shied away from long-wearing formulas stated that it also felt fresh on the skin all day, and the medium coverage didn’t cake on the face. Many also mentioned that the product was a great tool for hiding pigmentation and freckles, and that the SPF-infused formula was a highlight.
