And it’s as extra as you’d expect
Paris Hilton is full of surprises. In beauty news we never saw coming, she’s just added skin care expert to her ever-growing resumé. The actress/DJ/singer/designer has officially dropped a new anti-ageing skin care line called ProD.N.A – and we’re intrigued.
While Paris is not a new contender in the cosmetics industry (ICYMI, she already has a whopping 25 perfumes under her belt), skin care is something she’s reportedly always been passionate about.
In a press release, Hilton’s team declared that she’s, “literally met with world-renowned chemists and scientists to tackle select beauty concerns.”
And while minimalist isn’t exactly a word we’d use to describe Paris, her sleek new skin care line (check out how un-Paris-looking the packaging is!) consists of four products: Lift and Firm Eye Cream, Advanced Recovery Serum, Dual Action Cleansing Gel and the Face and Décolletage Cream.
The products all sound very serious and sophisticated, as do the formulas.
Each product contains a “Genomatrix” complex using enzymes sourced from microalgaes in the Mediterranean Sea - together they help halt premature ageing by repairing cells, improving elasticity and reducing pigmentation, fine lines and dullness.
In true Paris fashion, the line also includes some very interesting/somewhat glamorous-sounding ingredients such as “diamond powder” which targets discolouration, “caviar lime” for exfoliation and “white truffle extract” to reduce fine lines (and here we were wasting it on our pasta!).
Check out the ProD.N.A range below on the brand’s new Instagram account – which already has 7.05 million followers.
You can shop the entire range at parishiltonskincare.com AND they actually ship to Australia, too!
