Australis Mega Lash Mascara

This was my first ever mascara I purchased at the age of 14. It is a cheap alternative for those who can't afford the high end brands. I does the job of lengthening and volumising your lashes. There will always be better mascaras out there, but if you're starting with makeup - I would highly recommend!!!  Definitely an old favourite!

This is probably one of my favorites in terms of the colour - a really inky deep black, so when applied the lashes really stand out. Does however stay wet for quiet some time and since i have long lashes both bottom and top. Boy does it live upto it's name of being waterproof. I have found it to be extremely difficult to get off even with a good eye make up remover(! I tend to save this for nights out or events / dramatic eye make up rather than everyday use because I think I'd have no lashes left when removing and the severe case of pandas eyes.

This is a great mascara that delivers excellent results for the price. I found this mascara didn't clump or flake and did not look cakey. Two coats worked better than one to give a lengthening, thickening effect, the brush was easy to use and the mascara glided on well. Overall a great product priced so I can have a couple at a time. I would recommend buying this product

I have this Mascara in Blue that I use on quite a regular basis when I want a pop of colour on my lashes. When I use a coloured Mascara it's less about mega effects and more about a statement eye with some extra zazzle. I  find the mascara goes on quite thin which means you don't end up with any clumping of your lashes. The thinness does also mean you don't get any of the thickening or volumising effects of other mascaras so it's more of a simple mascara in my opinion. It does define the lashes though and provides with the pop of colour I'm looking for. I probably would not buy this in black though as I look for a bit more exciting mascara for my everyday lashes. It is very easy to wash off though which is a good and a bad thing I suppose for longevity. Overall I would recommend it in the blue if you're daring enough but for everyday black only if you want a basic mascara.
