CHANEL Joues Contraste Powder Blush

I impulse purchased this little blush in an airport. I am a sucker for beautiful packaging and all things makeup. I love the packaging on this little blush and admittedly I always have this in my clutch when I go out and use the compact for its mirror for touch ups. The pigment and colour pay off however isn't great. I don't like a blush to be too pigmented as I'd prefer a buildable colour however the colour pay off is so subtle I find myself digging in to the pan with my brush. The blush also doesn't have the best staying power so I would recommend using a setting spray. It has a light and pleasant fragrance

Favourite blush ever. I feel like a million dollars wearing this and it's my go to cheek product.  I have this in candy which is not as intense as it sounds but is buildable.  The finely milled powder is easy to apply and feels fantastic, blends well and is long lasting.  There is just enough shimmer to wake me up and make me look polished without over doing it.  Will definitely repurchase. 

I think this is good for a great young natural blush look. This series has a varies of blush colour which suits any skin tone and type. I really enjoy using it especially when I go on travel because the compact provide everything, such as brush and mirror. It is very travel-friendly. I highly recommend to give it as a gift or put it in your everyday handbag for a quick touch up!

I love the pigment in this compact! It's the perfect blend of colour and highlighter! Having my Chanel in my handbag gives me confidence with my day or night time look!  PRO: light weight and even colour coverage.  CON: the brush included is pretty useless, I use a quality brush to apply each morning but the brush on the go is still usable!  TIP: smile when applying!! This will bring out the perfect 'blush zone' on your cheeks!
