Lancôme Blush Subtil

The Lancôme Blush Subtil comes in a black plastic compact with a mirror and a brush. The product is held in a rectangular pan containing 5.1 grams of product. I love that the brands rose is pressed into the blush. I have the shade 541 Make It Pop. Which is a coral pink with a gold microshimmer. The blush feels soft and durable and applies evenly. If I hold the pan close to my nose I can also smell a subtle rose scent which is nice. I don't use the brush that is provided in the compact as I find it too small. So I just use my own brush to apply it. I find that the blush is very pigmented so only a little product is needed. It is buildable and blends really well into the rest of my make-up.

I love a good compact that contains the perfect brush to do the job and Lancôme Blush Subtil has me covered. The colour is natural but highly pigmented like you would expect from Lancôme. I can do a light sweep or it is buildable if I want to make more of a statement. Beautiful quality, long wearing and I would definitely buy it again.

I received this as part of a Christmas set ages ago and it is one of my all-time favourites. The colour is actually perfect for a wake-me-up blush that goes with any eye look as it is subtle and neither too bright or too dark. Love it!

I am reviewing a Brilliant Berry shade which I was given through GWP. It is a very nice cool toned dark pink, it would look brilliant on brunettes. The blush is incredibly pigmented, so we need to go really lightly on the cheek. I would NOT recommend this product for BEGINNERS (as they might actually hurt themselves with this blush) because of this pigmentation and a bold shade it might leave some nasty stains if applied recklessly. The staying power is great, a very long lasting blush, stays put all day long. The packaging is simple but smart. The formula is of high quality, a bit of shimmer in the pan,but on the face it is not too noticeable. The skin looks very fresh with this blush on it.

I received the Lancome Blush Subtil in a gwp from Lancome. The colour is a peachy pink and has shimmer but it goes on quite subtle. I take my fluffy blush brush and apply the blush to the apples of my cheek. It instantly gives me a natural glow like I just pinched my cheeks only the results last all day.  The powder is finely milled and the blush applies easily without streaks. The blush is well pigmented and I like how only a few swipes with the blush brush creates a warm glow to my cheeks. I like wearing blush to give my cheeks a bit of colour as foundation can make the face look a bit flat.  Pro Pigmented  Long lasting  No streaks, natural look  Con Pricey 

Do you know how hard it is to find a perfect blush that doesn't leave you looking like a fairground clown? This blush from Lancôme like all their make up products is hard to fault producing the right amount of subtle blush without looking perpetually embarrassed. It blends flawlessly onto my face to produce the right amount of innocent tint.
