Great shades

I bought this L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Les Ombres Eyeshadow because I was looking for a pallet that would fit in my bad without taking too much space. This is compact and easily fits in my bag. The powder is fine and very pigment compared to other drugstore eyeshadows. Also it has all the Color’s I need for a Smokey eye. I wouldn’t use the applicator that came with it, use your own brush for better results. But it’s an affordable great pallet. I highly recommend this L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Les Ombres Eyeshadow
I was skeptical trying out a drugstore brand eye shadow because I didn't feel it would match up quality wise to high end brands but L'oreal proved me wrong. I bought the eye shadow quad in Timeless Beige because I need colours I can wear to work without looking like I'm trying too hard. I like that all the colours in this quad compliment each other and are all in one compact as its convenient to find it all in one place when I'm trying to rush out the door in the morning.  I apply the lightest shade in the inner corners of my eye and on the brow bone. The second shade up I apply all over my eye lid and the third shade up I apply where my eye lid creases. I usually apply the darkest shade as eyeliner using a stiff angled brush but sometimes I use it around my eye lid crease area for a more dramatic look. The key to all the colours working well together is to blend really well and the L'oreal eye shadows are easily blend-able. The eye shadow feels silky smooth, is highly pigmented and has longevity as long as I use an eye primer underneath the shadow. The powder is finely milled and the metallic finish is decent for the price. The palette casing is plastic and feels cheaply made but for the price its to be expected I guess.  I wasn't expecting much from this shadow but was pleasantly surprised by its quality. I might look out for other colour quads from this range as its a great bang for the buck.  Pros Affordable  Finely milled powder  Decent Metallic finish  Pigmented  Long lasting if worn over eye primer  Con Packaging feel plastic and cheaply made
It’s a very handy basic palette for the quick and effective eye make up.  It contains all the shades and finishes you could possibly need for a great eye make up – shimmers, satins and mattes too.I have got it in Marron Glace (smoky) that is taupe brown shades. The shadows are pigmented and easily blendable, quite long lasting,  It’s best for a smoky eye make up and also good for traveling as it’s got both light and dark shadows ( for day and night). The packaging might be a bit cheap but otherwise we get a very decent product.
