L’Oréal Paris True Match Minerals Finishing Powder

This is the first mineral foundation I've tried and I'll be sticking with it for awhile! It works to even out my skin tone and give an airbrushed, natural finish without looking cakey. I bought Golden Ivory and it blends well with my skin tone, whilst giving a touch of golden to my face. Also helps to cover any redness, especially around my nose and cheeks. Feels very light and natural on skin. A fantastic product from Loreal.

This powder has a very fine, delicate texture that blends well into the skin, whether it is worn by itself to brighten up the skin, or on top of makeup. It is very lightweight and transluscent, unlike a lot of powders I've used before in the past. I love that the powder is white because it makes it perfect for all skin colours. After I apply this onto my face, it creates quite a velvety matte finish, so I mostly use it as a setting powder on top of my other makeup. It definitely helps my makeup to last throughout the day, and I find that my t-zone doesn't get quite as oily when I use this powder. I usually reapply it at least once throughout the day to reduce oil production even more.  The packaging of the powder is very travel-friendly, and although there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of product, a little goes a long way. You only really need a tiny bit to swirl all over your face, so it has been quite long-lasting for me. The main reason I love this powder so much is that it leaves my skin feeling nice and soft, instead of papery. This tells me that the quality of the product is really quite amazing! I also love that it helps to minimise transfer of my makeup onto other things, especially the collars of my clothes! I would recommend this product to women of all skin types.
